I just wanted to say that the humans at the WNY Enterprise location were very accommodating to my needs. Last week I had to move one of my daughters back to college in Rhode Island. She worked all summer at a Girl Scout camp as a unit leader, so I barely saw her. She sent me a long list of things that she needed packed. When it was all packed and done I realized there was no way I was going to fit all her stuff in my SUV. Money being tight already I had to rent a bigger vehicle. I figured U-Haul would be a cheaper option but it wasn't. I walked into the office and Nichelle greeted me. After my conversation with her she was able to accommodate all my needs and saved me a lot of money.
Others that helped me as well were Dany, Josef and 2 other gentlemen that I did not get their names.

Unreliable. Poor customer service. I should have read reviews. Recommend by insurance company. Wanted to use Hobokens location unfortunately they didn't have pick up service.
Set up for an 830 am pickup. Had to call back 2x. Reservatio made with manager Xioma. Pablo tells me wasn't set up, she then tells me they were behind. Basically the work order wasn't done. Went for rentals twice and they sold liability insurance even though my insurance covers it. Asked to keep it for two days but they charged five days. Haven't refunded the 3 days for two months now!

this location located in 52th st. and Kennedy Blv. it's the worst enterprise location we are never visited, especially the actual Mannager of this location is irrespect person i was make Bussiness whit then for couples month and no considerations to us..
the worst experience in my life and whit enterprise..this manager Person is not a professional you waist your time and money, before you need a rent a car if is for enterprise Better check an other one brunches.

Worst service ever. Today I followed up on a reservation created by my insurance company and called this branch to have them pick me up from my body shop. They answered and asked me to hold. I waited on hold for 30 mins for them to tell me that instead they needed to transfer my reservation to Lodi since it was closer to my body shop and that someone would be on the way to pick me up shortly.
After waiting another half hour at the body shop, I called the Lodi branch to see how much longer it would be for them to arrive only to find out that they had NO IDEA that I was even waiting to be picked up! Lodi Enterprise service was so much better--by far, but bc they had no heads up (even tho WNY said otherwise) there was no staff to get me and the wait time became even longer because now I had to wait for one of their staff members to return from lunch.

I rented a car from them on Sept 8, 201. I returned the car the morning of Sept 11, 2018. they accused me within the 3 days that I had the vehicle - Over a Jewish Holiday weekend, of damaging their door, fixing the damage, then I must have stripped the paint off the entire door, primed it, repainted it, waited for the paint to dry, and finally wax it before I brought it back. except they say I must have messed up because its a different color. If I didn't do that, then I must have replaced the door entirely.
This is the most absurd load of crap anyone has ever tried to scam me with. Now they are trying to withhold the damage deposit of 250, and charge me for additional damage. I called enterprise corporate to discuss with them this issue, they said someone would call me back, yea right. that was more than 3 days ago.

If I could give it less than a star...I would. Run away...as fast as you can. First thing the sales person did upon arrival was say: "oh your car's not here, but for 7 dollars a day more you can have this upgrade...' (no shock here:)
Then when I said no, miraculously, they had it lol.
Next, the car they gave us, had been "smoked in," along with a number of electrical fuse issues (tire pressure light, battery, key fob, etc etc.).
When we get back, they hit us with a $75.00 detailing fee, and a $35.00 Security Fee, neither of which we're warranted. Fighting it through my bank as we speak. Save yourself the trouble, skip this place.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

This is the worst enterprise! Make sure when you go there that you take pictures of your car you rent from them because they will charge you for stuff you don't even do. Also make sure also do a walk through of the car you rent from them! Because they will charge, when you they don't even do a walk through themselves! And on paper they right no damages when there was! Then their employees all they do is talk about their personal life in front of customer and about going to smoke shop! Which is very unprofessional! Such discussed and disrespectful from them!! I will not recommends going here ever!

The folks at this rental place are just great. I've needed a car several times in the past month and they are always helpful and friendly. I've interacted with Fatou, Rogie, Alexa and James at this Enterprise location and commend them for their excellent customer service.
