Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a car at a different location near the body shop that took in my own car, and returned the rental here, since it was nearby my home.

Everything was done quickly and professionally. The checkin process was super easy, and it was easy to return with a full tank of gas since there is a gas station right across the street.

The gentleman helping was very friendly and answered several question I had about getting copies of all the paperwork to submit with my insurance claim so I could get reimbursed. I felt valued and taken care of. This is exactly how professional services should be run.

I had a car accident and the body shop recommended this location since it was nearby. Having rented from various vendors for business travel, this location's service to customers is easily the best I've experienced in a long time.

The car that I was given had a lot of bells, whistles, and digital notifications that were too distracting to me, so I called the next day and asked if I could return it for something that wasn't quite so advanced for this senior citizen. Making the exchange was beyond simple and I wasn't made to feel stupid for not wanting the latest digital interface.

I highly recommend this Enterprise location and its staff.

The people here were able to arrange a number of cars for our event. We showed up as a group to get the cars, and we were able to get through the paperwork and get going fairly quickly. They did a great job!

Andrea Trimble along with her staff John and Danielle are a wonderful set of very customer focused people! They picked me up at my house and then drove me back home when done. WOW that was a time and a life saver. You want first rate service when you are need of a car call them right away!
