Call the Encino location directly. The entire staff is fantastic. Very helpful. They look for every deal the company can offer. The car was clean and fun to drive. I really appreciated the manager taking the time to show me exactly which side the gas is on. How the windshield wipers go on.

This particular dealership we have used at least 5 times and the process gets easier each time. Just this past week I was in and out within 10 minutes. The customer service was great.

Called to have some questions answered about what they currently had in their lot to offer and the lady couldn't answer me and just gave me the straight from training answer. Like geez lady if I asked what pickups you currently have tell me I have a ford or Toyota, or Chevy not so damn hard to answer!!! Customer service began there could imagine how it would have been like going in the actual location.

My car was stolen and insurance wasn't going to cover the entire cost of a rental. I was upset and mad and took it out on the manager of this enterprise location. He handled it like a pro and put me the customer first even though I didn't deserve it. I highly recommend these guys, quality people running things these days is difficult to find.

Well they don't have much of a selection of cars and I wanted a fuel efficient car since my Prius was in an accident. They didn't have any to offer me and the car I did like I had to pay extra for. Not a terrible experience but not a good one either! Staff were sort of friendly but definitely didn't go above and beyond for me. The car they gave me is a gas guzzler!

Fantastic customer service and nice variety of top notch automobiles. Enterprise here at Encino, did a fantastic job getting me settled into a comfortable car.

Alex and Christian as well as the entire team are fantastic individuals with great communication skills and did an excellent job answering all of questions and addressed all of my concerns.

While I would not recommend using Enterprise. After many years of being a client, some of their new policies are NOT positive to consumers.
