He went that extra mile to get things done for us. I really appreciate the expertise and how collective he remained after having to deal with our stress. Thank you Mark!
Did a wonderful job this weekend! We had family come from all around the globe, to surprise my mother in law for her bday. We were misguided by another person. (He will remain name less) MARK QUINN went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I during our time of need. I'm here to tell you that MARK QUINN from Enterprise 940 motor drive Colorado Springs, CO 80905 was awesome, couldn't have asked for better service. We will be coming back.

Not only are the workers rude, but also un helpful.
Allow you to reserve a car weeks prior and take the fee for reservation. Only to tell you due to your age, you cannot rent with a debit card. This wasting your money to reserve a car. And also when you call to make sure your car and everything is good to go for pick up you are told you are A OK on everything until you get there to pick up the car. I rented a car from this Enterprise through my insurance after an accident. While the website allowed me to choose a car and date/time for pick up, and assured me this request would be reviewed within 4 hours, when I showed up to pick up the car, the employee had no information about my reservation other than a rental claim by my insurance.
A young woman was attending to me, but her coworker immediately joined the conversation when I was trying to clarify why I had presented in person to pick up the car. He was then extremely patronizing and told me there were 18 people ahead of me and that this poor young woman had already had to make calls to everyone this morning (including me). I explained that no one had called me, that I was not seeking special treatment, that I was simply trying to explain why I was there in person at that time.
It is clear to me that this young man has never seen the user interface that his company presents to clients and does not understand the meaning of customer service.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

The Motor City Dr location in Colorado Springs is horrible. I made a reservation on 2/15/24 for a Suburban size vehicle to be picked up on 3/23/24. On 3/21/24 I was contacted by this location and told they would not have a Suburban. I was offered an Explorer type vehicle instead. I explained this would not fit my needs and asked if other locations had a Suburban available. The employee was argumentative and passive-aggressive telling me each branch is independently owned, and if I wanted to see the availability at other locations I would have to call around - she would not do that. I asked to speak with someone else and Robert (the manager) came on the line. He was equally unhelpful and repeated everything the other employee had told me. When I pointed out that I had done nothing wrong, and asked why he wasn't trying to help me he told me "I am helping. Not helping you would be if hung up the phone." I asked for his managers name three times and he refused. He then told me he would not listen to my "fearmongering" anymore (I never raised my voice, used profanity or threatening/inappropriate language) and told me, in a condescending tone, the Explorer would be there if I wanted it and hung up the phone. I called Hertz. They put me on hold for 5 minutes while they called around to various locations and found the car I needed.

I brought my car into the shop and was told it would take a month for it to be repaired. Geico had made a reservation with enterprise, and when they brought the car it was literally a piece of junk. There was a large what looks like bullet hole in the Windshield. The car had obviously been in an accident and when I turned the key, it said needs maintenance. I'm going to back today and tell them that this car is unacceptable. I have a feeling I will get nowhere. They knew I needed a car for over a month and obviously because the insurance was paying for it they gave me the worst possible car. Enterprise used to be a good company, now it is not.
Update. I finally had to borrow a friends car because they never called me back when I went in to return the car to them after five days, they asked me if I wanted to trade it out. I found out, absolutely ridiculous because I had known that I wanted to do that for five days avoid this rental company at all costsHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Would give more stars if I could. They didn't have the vehicle size I'd ordered so upgraded us for free to one that was a better fit for my tall husband - Alex remembered I'd mentioned that was a concern so made sure we'd have something he was comfortable in. We ended up having trouble with our RV that complicated figuring out when to return the rental car. Alex went above and beyond to work with me and gave great options to accommodate my changing situation. He and Tony both made a stressful day much better with their friendliness, compassion, and astounding customer service. I'd rent here anytime.

Great friendly staff at the motor city enterprise. I work at one in Arizona and these guys are as enterprise advertises their employees. I rented a full-size and didn't want to be a hassle so I was going to take a corolla, but knowing I was here for a week the woman at the front (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) arranged for me to switch for a black, "murdered out", Malibu at the woodmen location. I loved it and my family got a kick out of it too while I visited. The gentleman who walked me to my car (so sorry again) was awesome and Nate was also great on my return and made sure I had a good experience.

We decided to rent a car during our road trip to Colorado. The rental was initiated in Baton Rouge, LA. They gave us a Ford Expedition - yup it was huge! My husband looked at the coolant level and it was below the minimum + the trunk did not open or close automatically (that trunk door was heavy). The rental got us to Colorado. Once we arrived, we received a notification on the car that an oil change was needed soon, then it changed that to needing one immediately. I called the local Enterprise in Colorado Springs after a hike we did. Taylor was super helpful and said that he had one available for us (in the same vehicle class) to pick-up when we were ready. We drove over there (about 10 minutes from our location). Upon arrival, we were helped immediately. Taylor came out of the office (no one allowed in office because of COVID) and looked at the car and drove the trade out for us to load our stuff into. It was all good so far, then he came back out and asked me for an Enterprise # that I should have gotten emailed to me after I picked-up the rental in Baton Rouge. Funny thing was I got no such email (since I rented via Costco's website), so they had no way of connecting me to the car I rented. Soooo odd, right? Taylor worked it all out =) He was super helpful and we were out of there in probably 45 minutes. Thanks again, Taylor - best customer service ever. I had no problems returning it at the Baton Rouge airport and made sure to get a (final) receipt of return.

This place is the worst for trying to rent a car from! Twice in a row I have called the local number on google maps to make my reservations, all goes smooth on the phone when asking if there is a car in the lot, when I'm told over the phone "yep, we have a car for you 100%!" Then 20 mins before I go to pick up the car, they call me saying they don't have any cars and won't for a few days to a week for me and refused both time to even try and get me a rental from any other enterprise locations. Then the rep said I never even called his office location and that I called the 1-800 number, calling me a liar when I simply pressed the link to call them from the map showing a local number. I've made complaints with corporate and the place still is the same. Whatever you do just dodge this location if you actually want your car rental when you need one!
