I'm thankful they're offering delivery during this time. My partner placed the order on the phone, the woman who answered was very nice and patient as we asked questions about different options. The food arrived in just under an hour, and she was wearing a mask (thank you!) We got everything we ordered correctly with some extra sauces and fortune cookies.

I was really happy with the lo mein, it's exactly what I was craving. We were disappointed the curry didn't have more sauce to it, but the vegetables were very good with a fun variety. Similarly, the crispy noodle veggie mix needed more sauce/seasoning, but it was cooked well. I think this is because they serve "family style" meaning more mild, whereas I'm used to more pepper and spice, so I added Sambal hot sauce and all was well.

You can't beat their prices, and the portions will provide left over meals for us. I'm glad we gave them a chance despite some negative reviews. Seems like they've improved, and we'll be ordering again when the craving for fast Chinese food strikes.

Absolutely disappointed. I ordered Egg Foo young Pork. Ans an order of Large ribs.the omelets for the foo young were very small and thin with little pieces of pork almost no veggies. The gravy was very thin and watered down,as it wouldn't cling to the rice and dish. I came with 2 1/2 pints of cold, not fully cooked rice that was ultimately undone. 1 mustard packet and 1 duck sauce was included after I asked for plenty for 3.
Finally the biggest disappointed were the ribs.... I've never had 'bad' ribs, really! Well I shouldn't have had high hopes. Frankly the ribs (5) for large we're not slow roasted. But the end part of unflavored pork ribs that were grizzly, and greasy that I'm quite sure they were just throne on a heated grill. NEVER Again

Say what you want about this location, but they deliver all the way to loveland from Fort Collins and my event production crew of 15 people happily eats from
from this establishment regularly and we LOVE it. They deliver until 1am, by far have the largest selection of asian food options and while they may not be "fusion" nor a "fancy, high-end" northern Colorado cafe ... all these bad reviews are from people who probably have never been to a real Asian food place in any big city. Empire deserves respect in this category and I know myself and my team vouch for them (aside from the sometimes order mistakes and that occur at any high volume take out or delivery place.
Recommended without reservations - Haters are going to hate - enjoy your 7-11 microwave asian food at 1 am on weekends and we will continue to patronize Empire Palace!!!!

My food was and hour later then expected delivery. The delivery person left it on the wrong door. Then went to collect the cold food and bring it to me. It was incorrect and nasty!!!!! The beef literally smelled like fresh dog crap!!!
I thought for sure after all of this they would refund me. NO SUCH LUCK!!!!! TOTAL JERKS!!! My family waited all night for a special meal together and it didn't happen. I will be asking all of my FT. Collins friends to review as well.

Listen, this is buffet food I get it. For some reason I've given it multiple chances. ITS AWFUL. 1.50 Scoop in Greeley is cheap food that's decent for what you pay for. Last order I got the first bite had a nice slithery hair attached to the sesame chicken. I know people that love this place. All I can say is their culinary taste is awful.

Bad service, good food. It has been two and a half hours and still have not received my order. Good luck. I'm not going to take my chances with them again!

I ordered 2 hours ago and my food still isn't here. I called to check on my order and got hung up on. Customer service is lacking, and they should definitely NOT be doing delivery. Obviously they can't handle it. Don't waste your time.

Update: Food arrived hot, egg rolls were pretty good, Pad Thai was mediocre at best.

Food is decent if it ever gets to you. I waited over 50 mins past my estimated delivery time. I called to see where my food was and someone said its on its way. Waited for another 20 and then they said they never received the order. Maybe it's their online service but it sucks to have email confirmation of your order and then verbal confirmation but then have someone say something different.

In addition, the kid on the phone verbally guaranteed i would get a refund and I still have not. It is December 27th.

Wontons were fantastic, thin and crispy. They are very heavy on the vegetables in their entrees and light on their meat. Mediocre lo mein. Dumpling sauce is great, dumplings could be better (thick outer shell).

Ordered delivery which is super handy. Huge menu and tons of options. The sesame Chicken was over cooked which made it not enjoyable. The Crab Ragoons were just cream cheese. Average price but you can see why. I would try somewhere else.
