They do have good overall customer service and they are very kind and were patient when I was deciding what to do for a personalized gift. They were on time with when they said they would be completed with the embroidery. I will say however the stitching came out a little messy. I understand it is difficult to do designs with more detailing however I've seen something similar from Etsy on a friend and it was much more precise. I know it's hard to be perfect with this kind of embroideries since it's a machine doing it and I wanted to try a local bussiness since I needed it within a week but I'd definitely stick to more simple designs here and order more detailed things elsewhere.

Hilda Morovati was my representative when I dropped off my Frisbee project on January 10th, 2024. It was in March when I went in again and she said she was working on getting me a sample of what they could provide me. I waited patiently but still heard nothing back. I called on Wednesday 4/10 and left a message with another person working there. NO response so I called again on Friday, early afternoon and talked with the same person. YES the message was delivered but no callback (Hilda was on another call at the time). On Monday I showed up at their offices and Hilda was out to lunch. They could not locate my Frisbee. I got a call back the following day that my Frisbee sample ( I provided them in January) was found and I could come and pick it up. When I picked it up, Hilda was there and I explained this all to her and her response was QUOTE "I can only do so much". Needless to say I lost a few months to prep for my event and doing SO MUCH would meant reaching back to a customer or following through, and neither was done. Maybe my project was too small 200-500 Frisbees or whatever the case may be just be aware you need to be VERY Pro-Active to get ANY Service from this business.

Just got back 2 embroidered aprons from Hilda for my daughter and son in law for Christmas. They were great! I brought them in last minute on the 21st and she had them back to me by the 22nd! Awesome! I had called another nearby place that came up on Yelp search and that person pretty much laughed at me. I get it- it was 2 days before the weekend before Christmas. Even I didn't have the highest hopes that I'd get my last minute idea of personalizing the aprons completed, but it didn't need to be thrown in my face! Hilda on the other hand was super professional and really nice. I told my office manager about her so they may consider using her for our crew's shirts & jackets!

Excellent people! The owner is so kind. They rushed an item for me that I needed for a shoot within days at an extremely affordable price. To top it all of they did a phenomenal job!!! They have my heart for all things embroidery forever

This shop did an embroidery job I couldn't find anyone else to do, and they were excellent. I had then embroider service hashmarks on a uniform, but they had to match preexisting ones. I'm very happy with how it turned out. And the price was very reasonable.

I brought several gifts to get embroidered for my bridesmaids. They turned out great! The staff were amazing. They described the process and how the embroidery would work. They even explained small details about how the pockets would play a part in the placement. Love the outcome! I received everything back a day later since it's been a bit slow lately. All in all definitely recommend them

I needed some robes embroidered for my daughter's birthday and they came out perfectly and in time as communicated! I will definitely be back with future items for special occasions. Very sweet and professional and great communication! Thank you, my daughter LOVES her robe!

EmbroidMe did an amazing job with my grad sash. I found an online website where you can create a digital sash and brought it to them with my sash and they created exactly what I asked. Thank you!!
