So disappointed.

I ordered two "deluxe" bouquets for in-laws that had a death in a family. The beautiful bouquet of orchids and other special flowers is what was shown online and something close to that is what I was expecting. What the recipients ended up getting was a bunch of wild flowers that looked like they came from a grocery store. Definitely not worth the $95 cost (total was $128 with delivery and tax). As these bouquets were condolence bouquets for the death of a fairly prominent Santa Barbara community member, tons of people saw these bouquets. I was so embarrassed.

I eloped and needed a bouquet for my ceremony and centerpieces for an intimate dinner. Tracey made the process very easy. After placing an order from her a la carte store, I sent her a couple inspiration photos and she did her magic. The flowers were delivered on time and exactly what I was hoping them to be.

We chose ella & louie flowers a la carte option for my daughter's wedding in Santa Barbara and could not have been happier. All communications were though email and Tracey was very patient and accommodating with our requests. My daughter's bridal bouquet was exactly how she envisioned it and was absolutely gorgeous. We also ordered aisle arrangements and centerpieces for the dinner. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend.

With the COVID mandates lifted our boutique hotels have been busy accommodating a lot of new, and/or rescheduled weddings. And then to have the added benefit of flowers delivered to your room, home, or office, ella & louie help to brighten up any occasion.

Beautiful floral arrangement for my daughter's wedding. The delivery service was very punctual. Pricing for the bouquet and wrist corsages and boutonnières was affordable.

Ella and Louie made our wedding day incredibly special! Our wedding flowers were absolutely STUNNING! We did our wedding in Santa Barbara in the spring, so when Tracey asked about preferences, we said "we wanted our flowers to be seasonal and local and for the arrangements to scream springtime!". She absolutely delivered on that and so much more! I sent her a list of some of my favorite flowers and she included almost all of them in my bouquet, which I thought was very sweet and thoughtful. The communication and order process were flawless, and her prices were very reasonable considering the quality, talent and uniqueness of her work. We highly recommend Tracey and so glad we worked with such an amazing vendor on our wedding day!

I reached out to Ella and Louie about 3 weeks before my wedding after Convivo listed her as a recommended vendor. I went through Tracey's Instagram and saw a bouquet that I liked. I sent her the photo and requested half the size (aka a royal size). We had a courthouse wedding at 10am with a 9am first look so I was worried about how early I needed them at the hotel. But Tracey
was able to have them delivered!

I couldn't stop staring at my bouquet all day. It's crazy to know I didn't even see a sample in person but the bouquet/centerpiece was my dream flower arrangement I didn't know existed. Loved my bouquet so much I had it framed.

Hiring Tracey was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She possesses a distinct eye that elevates floral design to an art. Her arrangements showcased a wonderful spectrum of hues and played beautifully with the various textures and styles of our Santa Barbara Courthouse elopement.
