I would not do business with this florist again. I purchased flowers as a gift and was sent a picture of roses and Gerber daisies. I even paid more for the bigger version. When my friend sent me a picture of the flowers with a thank you text, I was so surprised it was not what I ordered. The arrangement the florist sent was full of carnations and baby's breath. It was half the size of the picture. When I called to ask that they correct their mistake, the florist's only answer was to say they would "pick up the flowers and refund my money." Can you imagine -- a florist showing up to remove the gift they delivered the day before! So unprofessional. What a crazy horrible experience.

I cannot be more grateful to Elizabeth and her wonderful flowers! I am in California, called to see if there is any way to do a same-day birthday bouquet delivery for my niece at the Academies. She personally arranged and delivered them. I was able to include a sweet note that she hand wrote. I am so happy I called, such a great experience :)

Liz provides us with beautiful flowers for our restaurant every Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and any other occasion that needs them. She did my wedding bouquet and my husband gets flowers for me, from her, quite often.
They are always beautiful, last forever, and they don't break the bank.

Elizabeth's Garden is the worst business I have ever had the misfortune of working with. She ruined my daughters graduation party and then took over six months to refund the money. Thanks to American Express everything is right with the world and this business is now on file with them as one that commits acts of fraud, waste and abuse. I learned that I was not the first to be scammed.

Please, please go out of business, lady and do your community a favor!!

I have dealt with this business several times for orders for different occasions in Culver. I have always had first class service, my orders have been ready on time, delivered when needed, even on short notice and if special flowers were requested they were exactly what we had ordered. On only one occasion the color of the flowers were not what I had hoped for and they immediately redid the bouquet for me when I went in to collect the flowers.

This lady is a theif and scam artist. She did our wedding and we agreed on 2k...she put fake flowers and bullcrap on the table that was NEVER DISCUSED....then sent us two 700 dollars bills....hard to deal with and just plain rude as well. STEER CLEAR!
