I recently bought a home with Liz and I highly recommend using her as your real estate agent! Liz is very knowledge on the process of buying both new and resale homes. I used her services as part of my condo purchase and having her help me made the buying process more enjoyable.

She is responsive and organized. Liz will make sure to make time for your appointments and communicates well if something comes up. I felt guided by using her as my agent and would recommend her to anyone who needs a little more help when searching for a home.

We were first time home buyers and found Liz on Yelp after needing to drop our first realtor. Within the first five minutes of our conversation with Liz, she provided very important information about a home we had made an offer on with our first realtor that he didn't care to mention. After such a bad experience with our first realtor, what a relief it was to find such a competent agent. Liz is kind, patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. She also recommended an amazing lender to us.

Liz was patient with our struggle in trying to figure out what home was the right fit. She gave good counsel and was supportive of our goals. We found our home within a couple of hours after it was posted but there wasn't going to be an open house for another week. Liz was able to help us get a tour of the home well before the open house and make an offer. She was also a warm and friendly person to have along as we met with the seller. The seller agreed to our offer right after the tour and I'm not sure that would have happened if Liz wasn't our agent.

We felt so blessed to have Liz by our side. She's a wonderful person, and a wonderful agent.

Liz is hands down our favorite realtor we've ever worked with. We've rented and purchased multiple times across multiple states and Liz, by far, was the most efficient, effective, responsive and knowledgeable realtor we worked with. Liz was able to help me negotiate a lower price then I would of thought possible, had the appliances included, did the walk through with me, and even tackled a grumpy repair man who had chosen to not fix the sink we discussed during our intial walk through.

Liz was punctual, constantly checked in on me (nervous first time home buyer), and made the entire process smoother. I asked her over 200 questions, she was patient and walked me through all the details to ensure I felt comfortable.

Liz is absolutely the best real estate agent I've had the pleasure of working with. From our initial conversation to finally having the keys to my new place took less time than I anticipated. "The sellers decided to go with you guys" said Liz on the other end. We were in disbelief because we're first-time buyers using a VA loan, a not very well-liked loan by a lot of sellers. We were truly the under dogs. Our first ever offer was accepted thanks to Liz's outstanding service in this crazy seller's market, in which hyperactive buyers are plush with cash.

When we saw the house that we considered the one. Liz was able to secure a private showing just for us, ahead of the general crowd. Liz fought for us and convinced the listing agent that we deserved it more than anybody else. VA loan is not very well known to the general public. It is a great benefit to US veterans but it also requires strict measures when it comes to appraisal and approval processes. That's why sellers, who hope for a quick sale or paying-over-asking, are very cautious with the loan. Liz was able to assure the sellers that our offer would align with their best interest. Action speaks louder than words and Liz delivered it.
