Elite Swimming Pool and Spa Service

Elite has been dependable for our home. Angelo is very knowledgable about different pool systems and the networks they use. He was able to diagnose my situation over the phone, and it was resolved in a couple minutes. Yay!

I contacted Elite Swimming to see if they could install a PB4-60 booster pump that I had purchased online. They got back to me immediately via text and voicemail and provided me with a quote. About a week later I got back in touch to schedule the install. They got right on it and had a guy out within a couple days. He was very knowledgeable and completed the install in under an hour. I was able to save $50-$100 purchasing my pump and having it installed by Elite rather than going through a pool supply store that requires parts purchased through them. Very happy with Elite's service and will use them again for any of my other pool needs!

Called Elite Swimming Pool & Spa to come and give us an estimate on replastering pool and resetting loose flagstone and regrouting.
Angelio was polite and even gave us tips on cleaning tile to save money
And seemed honest and said was a easy job and could be done shortly.
However when we called back within the week and the following week to tell him he had the job and left 3 messages even with a gentleman named Willie that said he would have Angelo call me back, he did not!
Not one peep he does not return calls it has now been 2 weeks and not one return call, so therefore they have just lost the job!
This is not good customer service, if your too busy and can't do it at least let the customer know by call or text!

Very helpful. Tech was very courteous and patiently answered my questions and made helpful suggestions without making me feel like I was wasting his time. I would highly recommend Elite Pool Service.

The pool service we have always gone to was too busy to help us when our pool pump stopped working, stating that it would be a week-and-a- half before they could get to us, so I called Elite: Angelo was at our house the next day and got our pump working within just a few minutes, plus he only charged sixty dollars. Will definitely call him next time we need service.

New to the area, just bought a house with a pool and needed someone to come out and assess my pool. Angelo came out. He was friendly and professional but what I loved about him the most is that he didn't try to price gouge me for everything. He was honest, and told me what needed to be done and less expensive options. It's so refreshing to have someone so honest and kind for once. I definitely recommend Elite Swimming Pool to everyone.
