Victor at Elegant Jewelers was extremely kind and efficient! He took my wedding ring set which was loose from being banged on kitchen appliances and daily wear and tear. This family owned jewelry store is exactly what I was looking for to trust with my wedding ring set. They fixed and cleaned my set at no charge! I was ready to pay for their service, but it's customary to offer this free of charge! It was my first visit to their store and they've gained a loyal customer after such amazing service!

Wonderful people. Very friendly, in business there for decades older facilities. Do the repairs on sight behind counter. I will bring all my repairs and my extended family's as well.
All for sale items very nice and reasonable prices, no highly pressured encounters.

I have visited Elegant Jewelers several times to have various repairs done. The service is always wonderful. On my last visit,I requested to have an heirloom watch modified to have I could enjoy wearing it. They went above and beyond! So thankful for all their help. And I highly recommend Elegant Jewelers.

Years ago I had a problem with my wedding ring. I kept losing the little diamonds. I had taken it to another jeweler several times for this issue. Then my daughter told me about Elegant Jewelers. That has been over 12 years ago. I haven't lost any more little diamonds. When it came time to have my ring resized, I was happy to find out that they were in the same place! They are very professional & helpful. My ring looks amazing! I highly recommend them!

Visited this place yesterday with a friend who has been using this jewelry shop for decades. We went in right when they opened at 10:00 on a Friday, and the lights were not on. They took several minutes to turn the lights on. They turned and looked but barely acknowledged us. Finally the man behind the counter asked what we needed. My friend needed her watch band made smaller. No one was overly helpful or friendly, and they said they couldn't do anything about the watch. That's fine, but they didn't offer any solutions either.
Bottom line is, we were not greeted warmly immediately upon walking in and did not feel valued as customers.

We recently visited the store. To our astonishment, after searching many places for a replacement wedding band/upgrade. I was able to find a ring that not only piqued my interest but the attention of others. Elegant Jewelry will take care of you. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for, but also at a great value! It is family-owned and has been in business for over 40 years. I also took two rings in to be sized and they were very quick and affordable. I will never shop anywhere else for jewelry.

Definitely a family owned feel. They were all incredibly friendly! They have a great collection but if you know what you're looking for they might not have it. They have a "play" section where you can mix and match bands and stones. It is helpful when you are unsure of what you want. I wasn't able to find what I was looking for but it was a good experience.
