Came to elegant couture after having a bad experience at another local boutique and was so happy to find this place! We came here to find a prom dress for my nieces prom which is in 6 weeks and we walked out with the perfect dress. The customer service was great, we did not feel rushed and the sales representative was not pushy at all. We will definitely be back for future events!

This place is awesome! The staff is absolutely the best - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, fun, and truly dedicated to helping each person. My daughter and I completely enjoyed our experience shopping here.

Now let's talk about value. I came in expecting to pay several hundred dollars for my daughter's dress. This place had a beautiful selection of dresses in many price categories. No problem staying well under our budget.

Took my sister here after a second horrible experience at a the "well known" Chicagoland prom store. Our experience was AMAZING! Eman the owner was kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy. There was a great selection of dresses in store but we had our mind on a dress available to be ordered. Our only hesitation was if the dress would be here within the next three weeks. Eman called Portia and Scarlett in front of us on speaker and confirmed the dress will be delivered in time. Don't waste your time going to the other place, go here!!!

I never leave reviews but for the amazing service I receive from the staff at Elegant Couture, I had to share my experience(s). I've shopped at almost every boutique around the Chicagoland area and none compare to the service that Eman has given. I've been shopping here for the past 4 years and each time, she goes above and beyond. I am never pressured into purchasing a dress and she always gives me her honest opinion. Not only that, when I procrastinate and need a dress in less than a week, she makes it happen!

My most recent experience blew me away, I needed a dress in 8 days and Eman helped me make my choice, called the vendor multiple times to obtain details on the dress, somehow managed to get them to add additional length on the dress, in the color I wanted AND it arrived within 4 business days!! She kept me up to date on the status of the order. When the dress came in, she called multiple seamstresses to make sure I can alter my dress and have it ready in 1 day. If this isn't going ABOVE AND BEYOND for a customer, then I don't know what is. Elegant Couture treats you like family and not just a customer purchasing a dress.

We came here to find a prom dress for my sister after seeing the good reviews on yelp compared to other dress shops relatively close to this one. From the minute that we walked in we were welcomed and walked through what to expect and how they work. It was so refreshing to be greeted by such friendly staff members. They give you "tags" to place on the dress hangers for any dress that you want to try on. The dresses are beautiful! It was hard to pick but once we narrowed it down to about 5, one of the staff members Eman pulled the dresses for my sister and some additional ones just to compare and perhaps try on one she would not have thought to try on.
They provided clips to better see what the fitted version would look like and really helped us all narrow it down to two dresses and finally pick the one for my sister! Eman and the rest of the staff were all extremely helpful and patient. They didn't hover or try to give us their unwarranted input. They do have their in house seamstresses as well. I would suggest going ASAP if you or your daughter is looking for a perfect prom dress that one else will have (they make sure to register the dress for that particular high school).

The owners of this place are extremely helpful and so kind! I had been looking for MONTHS for a dress for my sister's wedding and couldn't find anything. Then someone told me about Elegant Couture and I found a dress instantly. I just told the owners exactly what I was looking for and they found me a dress. They even had beautiful jewelry in store that matched the dress. Highly recommend Elegant Couture for any party occasion.

Elegant couture is such a great place to find a dress, so many different styles and every size you need. Eiman and Sommar helped me out to find the perfect dress for my brothers wedding. With no pressure or trying to sell me on it, they made me feel so comfortable and made the experience so easy. I usually hate dress shopping but I really enjoyed shopping there. A very lovely store because of very lovely owners. Everything was amazing in Elegant Couture; the costumer service and the dresses and everything else was just amazing.
I only went to few stores before and could never find anything near of what I want, but here I bought The Dress. I'm absolutely satisfied with what I have and I know my engagement party will be a success for getting the right gown. I was even a little hesitated between couple dresses, but got what I want with a gift too!
Absolutely love this boutique, and will recommend it to everyone; as they also have many different styles for everyone.

Trust me, this is the boutique you've been searching for when shopping for special occasion dresses. The selection is amazing, and their customer service is outstanding. The entire staff is patient, helpful, and friendly. Never pushy or rude. I came here looking for a dress for my son's wedding. I found exactly what I was looking for at Elegant Couture. Even though I found another shop that would have sold me the same dress for a bit less, I did not purchase it there. I had to come back to Elegant Couture, because I felt they really earned my business. Eman, Summer, and the entire staff treat you like family. Thank you ladies for making your customers feel special. By the way, I love my dress!!!
