For a Mexican restaurant in this ghetto neighborhood. The Taco placero de Chile Relleno was pretty good! It was my first time having it so I'm not sure if another place can top it off, but it was easy to eat (because the Chile is cut into small pieces) and delicious!

The woman that answers the phone here has to be the rudest human being in existence.

I placed an order and afterward realized I hadn't given her my intercom number. I called back to supply this and she simply said "no". I asked what she meant and was told "no". I figured this must have been an honest instance of there being a slight language barrier, although there was none when I originally ordered. She finally clarified that I can come down the stairs to collect the food and her driver will not go up. I said okay and she replied condescendingly with "you understand? You got that?" At this point I was a bit upset so I said "yeah, I got that. And you can cancel my order" to which she replied "okay".

Ten minutes later she called me back and asked if I still wanted the order. As turnabout is fair play I responded with "I said I don't want the food earlier. You got that?". She let me know that the food was already made so I would have to take it. I guess she felt this gave her the upper hand, but I still declined to take the order.

This is quite a shame as I've ordered there once before and the food, although a little overly salty, wasn't terrible. I also placed my order there with her the first time I had there food and had thought about cancelling as she was very rude on that occasion as well, but I was with family at the time so let it slide.

I don't know why this place has so many negative reviews. The food is incredibly authentic and delicious!

I ordered delivery. The food came pretty fast, and while it was a bit on the expensive side, the meal was worth it.

I ordered the large tamarindo (and believe me it was large) to drink. I also tried the tacos -- both the cesina and the beef tongue. The beef tongue was definitely the better one but both were delicious. They double wrap the tacos, so each has two tortillas, and the salsa it comes with (particularly the red) is great. One of my favorite parts was the onion and jalapeno that came with the meal. It was a nice touch!

They also have a quesadilla with huitlacoche. The huitlacoche is fantastic and you never find that here!

This review is solely based on the customer service. I did not have a chance to try their food because I had to cancel the order.

I placed a Seamless order with a saved address that all other restaurants have never had issues finding. The driver called to tell me he was outside, to find that he was in fact at the wrong location. He proceeded to give me an attitude as if I gave him the wrong directions and hung up on me while I was trying to help him find his way. I called him back and he kept sending me to voicemail. When I called the restaurant, the young lady was incredibly rude. She told me, "You should have put the right address then, mami." When a customer is being EXTREMELY patient, you don't continue to find a way to blame them. In addition, she proceeded to tell me that I need to understand that everybody makes mistakes. Was my patience and attempt to help the driver not displaying my sympathy towards the driver and his error? I personally would have preferred them to find a solution. Over an hour later, I call the restaurant to find out what's going on. Again, met with an attitude and being blamed. When I asked to cancel, the lady hung up on me. I had to call Seamless and cancel the order with them.

This was my FIRST and LAST order with this place. Unnecessarily rude. No food is worth being disrespected.

By far the best Mexican restaurant ive ever been to. They have a new regular customer. The tamales were amazing and the tacos authentic. Highly recommended.

Do not order from this place! Took close to an hour to deliver my shrimp burrito which was BURIED in rice and refried beans! Food arrived semi cold - obviously. They wrapped the shrimp with lettuce and tomatoes and left the rice/beans/green sauce on the outside! Wtf?! Gross! Super soggy "burrito". Had to use a knife and for to eat it. SMFH. Think eating a pizza with a knife and fork. Weird right?

The best tacos al pastor that I've had in America.

I dined here on a recent Saturday at 7pm. Air conditioning blasting to keep things cool.

The tacos al pastor (3 for $9) were delicious and stuffed to the brim. Two of these tacos will be plenty for most people. If you order another entree, I strongly recommend getting one taco for $3.

      The homemade limeade was solid.

The rest of the food is solid, but I came to write this review mainly for someone on the lookout for phenomenal tacos.
