While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's commitment to fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

This El Pollo Loco has become my regular stop off for our family dinner when we decide to go out. The staff here is very friendly and amazingly enough, The quality of the chicken at all Pollo loco has been very consistent. It's the customer service that makes the difference at each location. The friendly staff here... The quickness of the service... Not to mention it's closer to my home, which is a major benefit from me and my family.

Fast friendly service. Honesty I was surprised the beans and rice tasted really good. Last time I went to a pollo loco I got food poisoning( not this one) def coming back on my next trip

100137163Mar 31, 2023We picked up an order for my family the other day. Considering all the bad reviews. We ordered a large order and everything was fresh, delicious, and our order was correct. We will definitely be back.

Chipotle chicken burrito sloppy as the pollo loco I got it workers don't like there job so we get this type of food never again will I get this rice burrito AVOID THIS LOCATION you are being warned !!!! Speacially in the afternoon they don't like there job if I could give cero stars I would they should close this location ASAP

Food was bad and overpriced. $20 I got the cheapest burrito and a small broccoli and the girls are all rude. Never going back.

It's close and food tastes great.....but, lately I've been disappointed. Prices have gone up, but what hasn't...
I've begun ordering the Chicken Avocado Street Taco in addition to my normal stuff.

Service is always great! Very friendly staff. I typically moblé order and pick up in their location. Food is always made promptly and is always delicious.
