Dr. Guarino is the best of the best!! I have been going to him for 20 years now which speaks volumes. His bedside manner is top of the line. From the moment you meet him you know he's the one. He's so caring and compassionate and I'm so proud to have him and comfortable recommending him to everyone. His knowledge is impeccable. He just knows exactly what to do without overdoing it. Rest assured he'll be there for you throughout a procedure from pre to post and thereafter. I've never felt so comfortable with a doctor as I am with him. I've had many procedures done over 20 years and he's always exceeded my expectations. I've sent a lot of people to him over the years from family and friends to acquaintances and promised them they'd be happy and every single person was beyond happy. I'm 100% confident recommending Dr. Guarino. He's a true master at what he does and does everything with such precision. There's not many like him!! He's the entire package!! I can't even fit all the good things there are about him. He's the Beverly Hills of Plastic Surgery right here in the Lehigh Valley!!

I have only wonderful things to say about the entire office. All the people who work there were helpful, calming and ready to answer my questions. And the Doctor was even better, he did more than I could have hoped for with a great personality. I felt at home, Thank you All!

I went to Dr. Guarino for an outpatient procedure and could not be happier. One of the biggest reasons why I had chosen him over other specialists was because of the Yelp! reviews. Every doctor will post positive reviews on their own website to gain new clients, but it's the reviews "outside" (on third party sites such as Yelp!) that really show how well or poor they are/can be.
I consulted with a few specialists in addition to Dr. Guarino. While they were all professional and well in their own right, there were no reviews describing them (or their practice) other than their own business website. Dr Guarino, on the other hand, had several positive reviews which made my decision on what specialist to pick a little more easy.
Dr. Guarino himself is a very pleasant doctor to work with. He is EXTREMELY patient (I am capitalizing that word for a reason). He is very down-to-earth and explains everything in a way to make sure his clients fully understand what is to occur, why, potential side effects, etc.
The office staff are also professional and remain available to speak with clients on the phone during office hours. I had utilized them a few times when I had questions after my procedure and their responses were detailed enough that I felt comfortable/satisfied after ending our conversation. Nobody in the office is snotty and the atmosphere is non-intimidating.
I am (beyond) extremely satisfied with choosing Dr. Guarino and have already spoken highly of him to others. In the event I need additional support moving forward, whether its through cosmetic procedures (Botox, Juvederm, etc) or medically-covered plastic surgery, I will immediately be calling his office to schedule a consult.

This man is a miracle worker. I am one of three transgender ladies who had him do work on us and let me say. Fantastic work. Both of my friends say the same thing. Plus his nurses are super sweet. They always use the proper pronouns .

Dr Guarino is one of the best plastic surgeon! I had him do my implants 19 yrs ago and he did an amazing job! Loved them from the minute I got them. Fast forward 19 years I never had an issue or any problems. I wanted to go a little smaller though at this point of my life so decided to replace with smaller implants and have a lift. He explains everything in full detail so you know exactly what to expect. Always answers all questions and would tell you he doesn't think it's a good idea if he doesn't think so! Has the best bed side manor of any doctor I have gone to.. does amazing work. Loved them the first time and love them more the second time around. I had basically no pain and the results are amazing. I also do Botox and filler with him and wouldn't go to anyone else. Thank you as always!

I have known, and gone to Dr. Guarino for many years. He is one of the most accomplished Plastic Surgeons in the region. His easy demeanor puts your mind to rest immediately. He is a true artist. Kudos to his fine staff also. It is an excellent practice, and I highly recommend it.
