I worked with Ed to find my first home purchased. For three weekends straight, he scheduled every home that fit my criteria from Redondo Beach, West Torrance, South Torrance to Palos Verdes. It got to the point I can predict the floor plan of the home when we parked on the driveway. Yes, I saw that many homes. There were a few homes I made offers on, and he made the process of submitting offers or counter offers so seamless via electronically. He was easily accessible via phone, text and email during the whole process. Once I got my offer accepted, he got the inspector to the home the next day. Two weeks later he handed me a key, because I got the home I wanted. Till this day I could not imagine living anywhere else.
