Ed's Pizza House

Ed's Pizza has THE worst food that I have ever experienced! I live right across the street from them, and I get food delivered or get in my car when I want a real pizza. I have always had to travel to get decent food cause they don't sell food that is on par with what they charge. Tried them two times and threw the food away both times. And here we have EMT burning up gas and flashing lights to buy that nasty, low quality food. We have to raise our expectations people! Otherwise, Ed's will continue to do as they do.

The service here is terrible. We always get menus put in front of our house from this restaurant so I decided to give them a try. The girl on the phone was confused & could not take my address correctly even tho I spelled it out & told her 6-7 times. It was a hassle to make my order. She did not know the specials or what was on the menu. How do you work somewhere & not know what's there? She seemed like she was new that's why I was patient with her but then she became rude. Then the price was twice the amount it was supposed to be. See photos of menu & Grubhub; she told me I owed her $67. Like how? So I just told her to have a nice day & I did not want the order. Now I see why none of my neighbors ever ordered from there. Don't waste your money at this place.

they need to let go of whoever she is that answers the phone!! straight attitude as soon as she answer. can't even rate the food cuz she makes u not want it!!

I called and ordered food got a total and never got my food delivered or a phone call with a cancellation extremely unprofessional! The cashier was having a completely different conversation while taking my order telling someone their food smelled so good . I am so mad my food never came !!!!!

Horrible!!!! I waited two hours for my food to be delivered. Fries were soggy and chicken fingers weren't crispy.
I was very disappointed.

Good Buffalo sauce, however I was charged for all flat wings but was given really huge drumsticks which I couldn't eat, also my fries were not done.

I came in ordered, a customer ordered the same behind me. She got her food first and I watched at they added more food to the oven and I had to wait. The charge for using a credit card is ridiculous as the wait. The was my second negative experience ... I won't be back.... The pizza is really good though... js

I simply ordered some pizza from this place for them to cancel my order because i missed their call when they called me back! First of all their customer service is TRASH never in my life have ive been treated so poorly over the phone. I called them back to change my order and tell them i wanted to pick the order up. The girl who picked up the phone spoke down to me when i told her i was confused as to why she was retaking my order. I will never be ordering from this place again. I took a gamble going here because my sister recommended it to me. But customer service is worth more to me than your trash ass pizza. Never again.

Id give this place zero stars if I could. I waited almost two hours for my order of two milkshakes. Had someone from the place call me and tell me my order was going to be delivered last because I was the farthest from them and then when the delivery driver arrives, he practically runs away from me after giving me the milkshakes. He ran so fast I couldn't even say anything about the milkshake bag leaking and spilling all over my front porch.

I ordered a buffalo pizza, the pizza had little amount of chicken on It.
The pizza was dry and the sauce was just ok.
I wouldn't buy from ed again
