Two weeks ago, I ordered the small Birthday Arrangement with a balloon and cupcake included. I was surprisingly impressed! For what I ordered, I was greatly pleased! I just wanted to share a little about this experience with the community.
It wasn't until after placing the order that I researched the location and boy was I shocked and then I became nervous. I usually almost always research and read reviews before placing any order, but I was rushed and it was for a colleague who was leaving out of town during her birthday. In addition I automatically assumed that the location and city would satisfy any expectations. On delivery day, when I hadn't heard from anyone or received an update on a delivery time, I called the store. The person who answered was very dry and curt . She was not graceful nor was she engaging and this made me uneasy after having read the reviews. Also, when I'm researching, the bad reviews far outweigh the good reviews and that's always a problem for me especially when I don't see the business conversing or trying to rectify the issue with the customers. So it made me anxious that I would have a similar experience. Being in business for myself, it's imperative that I strive to deliver CUSTOMER SERVICE regardless how commercialized I've become.
Well to make a long story short, I'm glad for my good experience and I'm also glad that, that day the disposition of the worker didn't affect the quality of my gift.

Where should I start I heard about the company Edible before which specializes in fruits arrangements and chocolate but haven't ordered through them before .
My sisters in Hawaii uses them to send bouquets of fruits to other family members.
So I recently found out a friend who lives in the Bay Area had open heart surgery so I decided to order something through Edible Arrangements.
So I didn't know where to start so I looked on their website and found a Edible location near my friends house . I proceeded with the order online on their website and it was very easy to use and they also offer free delivery.
I purchased a medium size fruit bouquet which was very reasonable and it was on a Thursday so I made the delivery for that Saturday and it was on Veterans Day . Talking about first class customer service the person who was delivering the bouquet called to advise me that she was on her way and if I wanted her to call me once the package had been delivered. I advised the delivery driver that she can just text me if everything went well.
About 20mins later I received a text saying that the fruit bouquet was successfully received and sign for . That was the most easiest and painless way to have something delivered instead of flowers.
I highly recommend Edible arrangements because there all over the states also there several location in Oahu as well .

Ordered a birthday delivery for one. Delivered on the 28th of March.
Charged for 3 complete deliveries of the same product. For the same day.
$202.00 later.....multiple "corporate numbers!"
By the way the same number!!!1-877-363-7848....is the call center/corporate office even in the States!!!!

Ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day and it was not delivered. Called the store and got left a voicemail same day before their closing as well as an online inquiry on the website with no response. On the day after I called again with no answer and left a voicmail. Also left another online inquiry about the order and still no response. Called one week later 2/21 and got an employee that stated it is not refundable and that the driver said no one was home (which they were) and called the recipient but no one answered(she never got a call or vmail from them). Now I have to wait for a manager to call me back as they won't refund me the purchase. I am a small business owner myself and would never treat my clients like this.

I ordered a Holiday Berry Arrangement and a set of 12 count Chocolate dipped Strawberries from this store last week, and I was amazed at how quickly it arrived. The packaging was secure, ensuring the item was undamaged. The fruits were sweet and fresh and the chocolate box was awesome.
The customer service was exceptional throughout the entire process. I had a question about the delivery time, and their support team responded promptly and professionally. I'd give even a zero star if there were any option the guy is not even on his words he called me and confirmed with me for delivering gifts on Valentine's Day as soon as I arrived he was so confused he said I already give it to somebody and I talked and Confirm about the job 2 weeks before when a person can't stay on his words how can he run or do business pathetic

I received chocolates from my family. delivered on Christmas Day. When we opened to enjoy on New Years Eve , (5 days later), there was fuzzy mold on the candies. I cld the San Mateo, CA store that delivered them but was told "There is nothing they could do, said I should have opened them within two days of receiving". There were no instructions to do that. What happened to the "Certified Happiness Commitment"? posted on their website? This is just plain wrong.
