just used them for the first time for a ride to the airport.
Very professional driver. The other people in the van were regular customers and spoke highly of the service.
1 hour and twenty minute ride during heavy morning traffic from Woodstock to to the international terminal with a stop at the domestic terminal first.
I will use them again.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - MaryMargaret F.Johnson City, TX6011Jan 9, 2020
We have used Econorides for several years and they are great. I would like to share a specific example. This past Christmas, my 82 year old mother used them to am from the airport. I made the reservation and called to make sure all was ok because she needs a wheelchair at the airport. On the day she left to return home, i received a text from Beth assuring me they had contacted my mom and would be there to pick her up. That is above and beyond service. I highly recommend Econorides.

If I could give them a zero I would. They left me sitting at the airport for just shy of an hour at night! Miserable customer service. I emailed them a couple of times over the issue and no return communication. You can't even park and ride anymore.

I had an excellent experience with EconoRides. It was a quick and easy way to get to the airport from Woodstock. Our driver Anthony was ready to go in the parking lot early for our 7am trip and ready to go! I rode with one other passenger, we all wore masks in the car, and it felt very COVID safe. I would recommend this service for sure!

This used to be a great service but has really fallen off due to poor scheduling and customer service. On my last departure my ride was changed to 45 minutes earlier to accommodate another guest, completely disrupting my schedule. Then on the ride back from the airport, I arrived in at 9:10pm and had to wait over an hour and a half to - dumb me - realize that I was once again getting shafted before I wised up and took a Lyft home. The Lyft cost $43 - less than a one-way Econorides shuttle plus tip. I can longer recommend. I recommend Lyft or Atlanta Economy Limo for a similarly priced service without the repeated hassles.

They are always timely, they have great communication (via text, which is my preferred method) and I've never had a single issue. I still highly recommend!
Feb 11, 2017Previous reviewI highly recommend these guys! The first time I used them I - like a dummy - sat my phone down in their office and forgot to take it with me. They were kind enough to send it down on the next shuttle and make sure I had it in time for my flight. That was waaaaay above and beyond. The drivers are also courteous and professional, and the parking lot of super convenient. I highly recommend this company!

Used these guys for the first time since there lot is close to my house. I opted for the door to door service from the airport since I left my car home. Wanted to try something other than Uber.
The Good: pick up at the airport curb at baggage claim. Driver David was cool but didnt talk much. Car was clean.
The Bad: Cost! I selected the wrong zip code while using the mobile version. It was an add'l $25 in stead of $15. I live 5 miles or less from there lot. My total jumped from $55 to $65 before gratuity. Explained to the person in the office but they didn't really cared.
This ride share may work for some but I'll stick with Uber.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Vk S.Taylorsville, GA104Mar 5, 2020
Friendly and reliable! An easy way to get dropped off at the curb with no stress! Text messages let you know what time, place and name of driver when you land. I recommend going to the airport relaxed by using the service!

Speed limit is 55 on freeway to airport. Driver consistently driving 80! Tailgated the whole way from Woodstock to Atlanta Airport. I'll never use this service again! Disappointed I tipped ahead of time.
I WOULD AVOID this company if you value your life!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Terry B.Thomasville, NC0409Jun 30, 2017
Driver picked me up on time. Then we had to go over to international. Picked up another. Then we had to go to another international terminal. That Passenger got hung up in immigration. We waited. And waited. And waited. I think they normally do a good job and this was out of their control, but I was in the van for over 50 minutes BEFORE we finally headed to our destination. Overall, it took me 1 hour and 35 minutes to get to the office for pick up.

Ok while this place is convenient for not having to drive into the airport yourself it is a little inconsistent on the return. My husband texted me at 11:15 and they were at 285/75. I figured since the last time they dropped off people at their location first then took the hone delivery people after. So it's now 11:51 and I'm still here waiting on my husband with my baby in the car with me because they went to drop off the home person first. That person lives 25 mins away from this location as my husband has a gps tracker and I can see where they went. We had plans at noon but now have to push them back. Just asking for a little consistency in how this process is done.
