Ecola Termite & Pest Control Services

I was very pleased to be a customer of Ecola services. Thankfully my house wasn't too damaged by termites and therefore, I didn't have to "tent" my house for fumigation. Ecola's alternative methods use HEAT at over 130 degrees to kill the termites, and Electro GUNS.

Thanks to their alternative methods, all my plants, flowers, trees inside and around the house are alive!!! I don't have to bag anything. I don't have to leave. I don't have to worry about my food/fridge items. I can stay in the house, I can walk outside, I can eat, I can drink, and I can even take a nap ;)

If you look at my pictures, you will see that they bring HUGE tube (that you see used for A/C). First, the guys lay 2 layers of mats on the floor and up the stairs to the attic where the damage is active. Then they bring in the HUGE long tube that winds its way up to the attic, they clip it with a thick "fire-proof" like blanket to trap the heat. But it is 130 degrees, so the house does get warm..

The heating process takes about 4 hours, and during this time, the guys treat the outside of the house, the roofs, and the garage area with electro guns and other methods.

I'm so glad I chose Ecola. We'll see after the 1year inspection to really know the lasting and reliable treatment that Ecola offers.

Zero leadership! They were supposed to do an escrow clearance for our property but instead did an inspection. We find this out at closing on a Friday, they did set up a Saturday visit but then their person did not show up and they said they don't have a manager to call to address. We had another company come out and said Ecola didn't treat as they had documented 23 days ago! Our escrow is now at risk and no guarantee on correcting the situation. We have multiple accounts with them, which we are canceling. We will be filling a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. Will update if they can find a manager or Susan Fries to actually do the right thing

Just don't say that you are refinancing or even thinking of refinancing or refinancing in the next 30 years or they will charge you to come out!

We have been using Ecola for several years. Today Anthony Hugh came to our home for our annual termite inspection. He did a very professional and thorough job. He was also here last summer when we remodeled the exterior of our home and we were just as pleased with the service then.
