Needed a tire for my camper so I called and spoke to a associate and man they were great got me in so fast I will be back!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Came in to see about getting an inspection and was told that they weren't able to that day, ok no big deal. The manager who was at the desk at the time asked if I could leave my vehicle or come back tomorrow. Specifically told him I could come in tomorrow, but not until the evening after work. He told me no problem, bring it in then and we will get you in! Awesome! Show up the next day right around the time I said I would be there, only to be told "sorry, we've done our max number of inspections today" and that it is better to come in early. Would have been great to have been told that to begin with. Annoying, but fine. This time I opted to leave my car with them so they could do the inspection the next day. Left my name and number and keys, after being told they would call when it was done, and went on my way.
The next day comes and I never received a phone call, only to later find out they never even attempted to call the number I left them with to get in touch with me, instead called another number in their system not associated with my car.
So finally, after finding out my car is indeed done we go to pick it up. Get inside, and since they never put my name or number in the system, they had to go through other search options to find me. Get everything found and paid for to walk out to my car and find a long crack in my windshield, with bird feathers scattered on my hood and windshield.
So, go back inside to inform them of the damage for the manager to go from "surprised it could happen" to telling us they can hear the birds hitting the glass on the side of the building my car was parked on of the evenings and that they have even had to replace a shop window because the birds have hit the glass so hard... leaves me questioning then how my windshield being busted is such a surprise and why my car, or any car for that matter, would be parked near those windows???
The manager took our info and was supposed to reach out to his supervisor to see if or what could be done to help us. This was 4 days ago now and never received any communication back from him. Even after calling yesterday and leaving him alternate ways of reaching us and being told, by him, that he would call me back in "15-20 minutes".
So long story short the negligence and lack of communication is infuriating and I will not be returning to this shop for any future needs!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

To any Dad that sends their daughter to this place to help them get confidence in business dealings, dont let them go here. Daughter went for a simple state inspection. She wanted to do it herself so I agreed. I thought after all the bad reviews this store has gotten that surely they would try to improve their ratings. Apparently not. A simple state inspection was gonna cost over $500. She had a leaking shock, mechanic told her she would have to replace both of them for $130 each and it would take two hours to do at $130 per hour service plus the $20 for state inspection. Rightfully so she called me upset I told her to pay the $20 inspection fee and take the "rejection". Long story short bought two shocks at Auto Zone for $80 ea and had them installed in 45 minutes. Cost $ hard lesson learned. This is clearly a case of female intimidation and I hope readers seriously considers this review before giving them your business.

Had a 9:00 am appt today to have 4 tires put on and an alignment and was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours which is what I was expecting. Once they realized I had my own tires the wait time increased to 2 1/2 to 3 hours since I didn't buy from them and the mounting and balancing increased to $25.00 per tire on top of the $129.00 alignment, which is higher than anyone around. With the other hidden fees and taxes I was told it could be close to $300.00 overall. The "free alignment with purchase of four tires" is not really free when your tires and fees are higher than everyone else so essentially you're still paying for it. I took my business elsewhere and saved almost $100.00.

I took my baby there 3 weeks ago to check price on 4 new tires and some extensive front end work. Took me in that day , told me what I needed scheduled me for the next day.
They kept their word , were very friendly and professional and I trusted them. Good call on my part I was not let down , great service , fair price(cheaper than a few others) and were finished ahead of schedule! Eavers has been there for all of my life! I've hired them on hundreds of occasions. When I drove old vehicles that needed monthly service, Eavers always found the problems fast and fixed them at a low cost. To this day, Eavers Tire Pros has never given me one reason to doubt their integrity. I highly recommend this tire shop to all of my friends, knowing that you will be treated just the same!

We had a camper with a flat tire while traveling. The staff at Eavers gave us fast and very friendly service. They gave us several options and were very responsive, even though they knew we were from out of town and would probably not ever return to their store again. We wish they were located in our hometown!

I dropped my car off to have the power steering repaired.The front desk person told me when I picked up my car that it was just low on power steering fluid. I drove away from the parking lot and went 1/2 mile. and parked. The power steering fluid was pouring out of my car. The mechanic did not even check for a leak I took my car to a reputable mechanic and they replaced the high pressure line that was leaking. If this is the way they treat all their customers I do not know how they have any repeat customers. I will never go back and I work very close to them .
