Easy Out Window Gates

Great fast service steep price but worth the sense of security had my gate in within three days of calling and took minutes to put in

We had our gate installed in 2019. The owner was professional and pleasant to communicate with. He responded to us by email and by phone. He and his assistant were punctual on the day of installation and the process was done relatively quickly. The gate gives me peace of mind that made the cost entirely worth it. The only thing perhaps to be mindful of is the smell of the paint from the gate for a few days after. The smell dissipates but it's just something you should be prepared for if you're sensitive to odors.

Nice gate. Prompt service. Charged approx. $200 more than expected after seeing the window in person. Felt that it was a bit steep. Other than that, we are satisfied.

I don't deny the quality of Bob's gates. But he's way too demanding to push the price. I've had a custom made gate for $300 with the same mechanism and design, yet his price is more than double that! Not worth it.

The window gate works. I like being able to open the gates to let the sun shine in. I feel secure at night.

Bob was great to work with and definitely was true to his past reviews on yelp. He came to measure one day and was back within a week to make the quick and easy installations. Him and his helper were wearing masks the whole time, which we appreciated. His suggestions were welcomed and his price was fair. We felt great about this and are happy we checked yelp and found easy out Gates!

Robert did everything exactly as he said he would. He came on time to measure the window, came on time two days later to install the bars, and he and his co-worker took their time to make sure the job was perfect. The price was reasonable and the craftsmanship was outstanding. We had contacted several services, and we are very happy that we made what turned out to be the absolute best choice. Bob just completed the installation of our window gate. The window is the only one in our bedroom and it's the only one with a fire escape. Thus, in order to get through the summer, we had to purchase a portable AC unit since window units are illegal in this situation. Bob was able to create a custom gate for us that accommodates the AC pipe that has to vent out the window. The gate functions beautifully and I love that he leaves the top bars further apart so it allows the maximum amount of light to come through. After the installation, there was a portion of the gate that he was not completely satisfied with and so he even offered to just drop by with the additional part whenever he is back in Manhattan. Him and his partner were very professional. Would definitely recommend.
