I couldn't help but share my experience and hope that the word gets out about the great experience I had with this company.

I haven't actually been to this particular location. This review is for the Customer Support team!

I recently bought an All-in-one Kodak printer and I have feel in love with it! The scanner and the printing quality are amazing! I have no complaints. I recently came across an issue where the printer wasn't printing any of my documents and it kept saying that my Printer head wasn't in correctly or not installed. I was clueless in what to do and after looking up all the tips on Youtube I soaked the printer head in Alcohol and luke warm water...ughh WRONG thing to do! I re-inserted it into the printer but the problem still occurred.

I didn't know what else to do. I needed my printer to work especially since I had papers to right for school. I looked up Kodak customer service support and quickly got a response back from the support team. I told them my issue and the things that I had done to resolve the issue and after 2 emails back and forth they informed me that I needed a new printer head and that they were going to send it to me free of charge which it normally cost $15.00 plus tax and shipping fee.
I was so surprised and appreciative for this. I asked them to send it to my job since I am rarely at home and they didn't question anything. In less than 3 days I had my Printerhead!

I am truly happy with the customer service through email and phone calls. Although it was a different person writing me back, I can tell that the communication was there and they were on top of it! Every morning I received a responded email from them!

I will continue to do business with Kodak despite the bad reviews I see here! I am VERY pleased with their service! Thank you Kodak and special thank you to the customer service support team!
