It was great, If you like sushi try and stop off at this buffet. Plus they have other Asian (Chinese ,Japanese, Koren) type of foods even hot dogs and great tasting deserts. It was big place i didn't really look at everything. I thought the food tasted great and service was on top, the waiter seem like he was keeping an eye on us. The scenery seemed nice, place looked really clean. So this is a 5 star in my opinion. We'll be going again real soon.
I do recomend going before 4pm for there lunch special so much cheaper then the dinner.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 2374181235725Mar 28, 2011

My husband and I love this place! It's close to home and they offer a wide variety of food. Hibachi grill and decent sized sushi bar are included in the price, which by the way is the most reasonable buffet price I've ever seen for the amount of options. You can also grab a coupon out of the weekly mailers to save even more.
My favorites are the hibachi, the sushi rolls and the fried rice and chinese donuts. Yum!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jacob W.Marietta, GA581Apr 23, 2012
I'm not sure why I just clicked the "1 star"...
Currently in town, from Atlanta, for work, and we were craving a Chinese buffet for dinner. The quote of the meal was "we probably should have stuck with taco bell". Keep in mind we're eating at 8:15PM, and hour and 45 min before they close.
Peppered steak: Tastes good but it's so hard you can't chew it.
Fried rice: We did not think cooked rice is supposed to be crunchy.
Low Mein: Simply tasteless.
Crab Legs: You better cough up an extra $7.99.
General Tso: Meh...not bad.
As for sushi, I will not judge it. Some say it's good but I'm not going to bother. In that case, my rating can only go towards the buffet excluding sushi.
Good news is that the Pepsi tastes like Pepsi.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Tommy N.Jacksonville, FL171Jun 30, 2010
Standard buffet & sushi bar, however there is a huge variety on the buffet and it was hard to sample everything. A few of the items we tried on the buffet were Luke warm at best. The real star of this restaurant is the hibachi grill, excellent!

The mongolian BBQ was bland.....(Ive had REAL Mongolian BBQ in Sasebo, Japan) sorry to compare, but its what Im already used to....anyhow....the buffet during lunch is mediocure....while the dinner buffet was excellent....maybe just that one day I went on a Wed night, on 4 Jan....everything was fresh....the sushi was great....and there were hardly any people there at 5pm when while we were there....the crowd got bigger as time went by....the "coming home from work crowd" started coming in...
Its very informal, so dont be offended by any guys wearing full length coats and hats while eating at the table, and women in ball caps, LOL!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chris B.Folkston, GA405823Oct 22, 2013
Never again.
When they first opened up we were frequent visitors. The food and service were great. The last few times we have been it has really degraded. Service is poor and hurried. They were trying to take my plate before I was finished. The quality of the food has suffered as well. What used to be several buffets full of great looking and smelling foods is now dry overcooked waste. Maybe they can turn it back around, but I fear that the worse business gets the worse the food/service gets they will be gone.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lana Marie Y.FL, FL062Nov 27, 2012
My husband and I go to this buffet for good food selection and at a very reasonable price, The food is pretty consistent every time we go there. The restaurant has always been clean and the wait staff is very accommodating.
I am not a sushi fan but when we have go there with others friends they say is great and fresh.
They also offer custom meats and vegetables that they grill fresh in your presence at no additional charge.
Also have banquet rooms for parties and can accommodate a nice crowd.
Senior citizen discount offered.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Renda H.Jacksonville, FL1802801249Jun 1, 2010First to Review
I was pleasantly surprised at the food choices at this buffet...their sushi selection is one of the best in Jax!! I will def go here again just for the sushi! Also my friend got the teppanyaki at the grill and it was excellent- she said the chef even helped her choose sauces to go on the food to make it better. The service was good and it seemed very clean and well taken care of...since this bldg used to be a different restaurant the outside is not much to look at but inside they have a big fountain which is very nice. I say go check it out :)
