Is there a separate entrance for sitting down at tables? This is my go-to place for delivery but would love to go and hang out if possible

The pizza bread was not cooked well and i asked well done, they charged five dollars extra for delivery and they don't give that extra charge to the delivery driver .and the driver use their own car and there own fuel. The owner needs to stop stealing from the drivers

WARNING: Ordered zeppole. They arrived so under cooked the interior was sticky. Some were dark gray. You can get sick from under cooked food.
If you are super hungry, don't have a lot of money and don't mind eating quick flat pizza, this is your Spot.
Pizza also arrived strong cold. I am 10-15 min away.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Christopher M.Newark, NJ41102180May 16, 2023
Order from there new location. The old location was a dump so this is an upgrade.
The Pizza was OK. Thin crust and the topping was runny. They should get those little plastic table-like devices to put in the center of the pizza as one of the pizzas has the toppings stuck to the box top.
It could have been better, but you get what you pay for. :-)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 159512794383Oct 31, 2021Updated review
Gluten-Free Pizza Review:
My partner recently went gluten-free. So he and I have been on a journey to find good alternative pizza crust options. Fortunately, Genc's - one of our local go-to pizzeria spots - has one for him. Tonight we tried their GF pizza and they get two thumbs up from us.
Tonight I called in the order for pick-up - two GF pizzas with green peppers and olives (one for each of us). The pizza comes in a foil dish (like a personal pie size) and with an individual pizza cutter, and is placed in a regular pizza box. The pizza is filling/hardy (crust has a good texture and flavor, and goes well with the sauce, cheese, and toppings). You can be full with one pizza (my partner normally can eat two pizzas, but was already tapping out after one of these).
It was $15 for the pie and I'd say worth it. You're not still hungry afterwards. Note: GF crust is in no way same as or swappable dup for regular crust pie, but the GF one at Genc's can stand up to the regular crust pie in terms of delivering a tasty pizza pie.Helpful 23Thanks 0Love this 21Oh no 0Dec 29, 2020Previous review"I think this calls for some Gencarelli's!" is a common phrase uttered in my household, often by my partner and pizza aficionado. From fancy gourmet to local pizzeria, he loves pizza. Genc's is one of his favorite places to order late night pizza. It's also one of my trusty, go-to places when I'm coming home late from work and need to bring something home for dinner.
And who can say no to a $6 large pie? Not this household. (Mind you, $6 when paying cash, and $7 if you need to charge it on a card). - Kevin D.NJ, NJ9221342Jan 19, 2023
Unless Unreal Deli Vegan Sandwiches is an in-house entity like I learn of another store of which I'm unable to find a location on Google/Yelp because of it being like an in-house entity, I don't know what's going on with Unreal Deli Vegan Sandwiches having the same address as Gencarelli's Pizza Factory. Even so, I'm leaving à good review for Unreal Deli Vegan Sandwiches. I like subs. I like a good sandwich, yes, though cold subs particularly. Now, being in New Jersey AND Vegan, I'm glad about discovering Unreal Deli Vegan Sandwiches. I order The Reuben which is tasty though I don't mind a little more vinegar, salt, and pepper on a Reuben. The entire sandwich is firm-soft. I'm curious about the way other sandwiches might taste especially since Vegan meals can differ in taste so much per brand and/or type of Vegan meat. The Reuben travels well (tasty after about thirty minutes).

I swear that I wrote a review for this place already! But I guess that I have not. So here we go!
Is this place really 4*? No absolutely not! It should be 2*! But I base my review on many factors. For its category, and what they offer, especially the price, they are clearly 4*. Will you get the best pizza of your life here? Absolutely not, but for $7 its spectacular!!! If it was more expensive, that would cause the stars to fall...
So we live decently close to here, and usually get pizza from here 2x a month. It would be 5* if they only sold Pizza lol!
We have tried several other items from their menu, but none of them are worth it at all. Yes the rest of their menu prices are very competitive, but the taste isn't there. I find their wings terrible, and I've tried them 3-4x. Mozzarella sticks are solid, but are the typical frozen ones, absolutely nothing special. A big shout out to their funnel fries, those are delicious! The rest of the menu, I could leave.
You come here for 1 thing and 1 thing only, the ZA! Is it the best ZA you have ever had? No. You come here because they charge $7 for a whole pie, and most people can eat a whole pie themselves lol! I know I can usually do 6-7 slices. It is a tad bit soggy, but it is very very thin! It could do with a tad bit more cheese, but it's $6 don't complain lol!
I will say that getting toppings is not worth it. If you add on extra cheese or pepperoni etc, it adds on $5, almost doubling the price!! Clearly not worth that personally.
Pro tip, get it cut into 16, and you can eat each slice in 1 bite!!!!
I love their crust!!!!!! I do not know why, but it is sooooo amazing!!!!!
I will also add that it does not reheat all that well... So don't over buy and freeze etc.
Inside is a classic old school pizzeria vibe. It definitely needs a refresh. They post flyers of specials all over the place. They also do lottery and about 19 other things that they don't really need to be doing.
Staff is on the meh side, I do not think that I have ever had an amazing experience here with the staff. They all need customer service training hahaha!!!
All in all, a great joint! Go in and get your pizza and get out!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Rafi H.Newark, NJ021Feb 15, 2023
My girlfriend recommended this pizzeria because she grew up with this pizza and I tried it for the first time and it was mind blowing. The pizza was 10/10 and $10 for an extra large pizza is super affordable. I was overall very happy with the experience and I would recommended anyone to try this place and show them some love. Peace and love

Great pizza and good vibes! I ordered 8 pizzas to be ready in 45 minutes and they made it happen! Through the rain and the traffic they were still hot when I got back. Guests enjoyed it too and made me the hero of the day. Gencarelli's is the real hero! Can't wait to get back and try everything else. Shout out Donna at the register! She was pretty cool

I have been going to gencarellis since I was in highscool, the new location just changed to mccarter highway and I don't know if they changed the crew as well with the new location, but when I arrived the women at the front was ghetto and was rude to her coworkers. She was also short with me on the phone and you can tell she has no patience for customer service or food service. Besides that I have always loved their pizza and they're deals. The new place interior is also a upgrade and promotes a better ambiance. Just wish she wasn't so disrespectful especially in front of customers.
