I had a really great experience here when I was going through a stressful month of car-related issues. My car was not drivable and I needed it to be "in the shop" in order to qualify for a rental from insurance, and although they couldn't get me in for a few days the staff here helped me out with a loophole that qualified me for the rental. Everyone here was friendly and I want to especially thank Savannah for being especially helpful and communicative throughout the process. She even waited after close on a weekend for me to come back and get my bike which I had left behind in my excitement to have my car back. Overall, everything with the repair went smoothly and relatively quickly considering how backed up repair/body shops are these days.

This experience was 10/10 absolutely amazing work by the entire team!
Specifically would love to mention Katie and Savannah who were kickass to work with. Savannah was incredibly nice and professional - always answered our calls and my wife and I had a great experience with her.
Katie was amazing by the definition of the word. I myself made a huge mistake and made a trip too early toward the pre made repair date made by Katie. Even though it was my mistake Katie was able to help us out and get the car to us in time for our trip!!!

These people have had a vehicle that required a simple bumper repair for 5 weeks. The accident was months ago and they had plenty of time to order parts and have paint etc ready, however week after week there is excuse after excuse on why the vehicle isn't ready yet.
I spoke to Savanah and was told on Friday 10/20 that the vehicle was finally in detail and would be ready Monday 10/23 around lunch time. We'll, it's Tuesday, 10/24 and the excuses keep coming and when asked about providing a loaner car last Friday I was told that the loaner cars are all out and the waiting list for them is full too.
This is what you can expect if you choose this body shop.
I can't wait to see what the actual quality of the repair winds up to be. I'll keep you posted but at this rate maybe I'll have an entirely rebuilt brand new vehicle from bumper to bumper, but I won't hold my breath.
You should know I explained to them how badly I need the vehicle to keep myself in work and my family fed many times while begging them to please hurry. To no avail. My insurance adjuster has assured me that they were paid already so money isnt the problem.
I just tried to call for a status update and only got voice-mail. OF course they can see it's me calling so now I'm getting stonewalled. This is so hard. One more day and maybe week of lost wages for me. No loaner offered and at the end of the day ...a detail and a bumper fix can't be more than a few hours of actual work even with paint drying time.
Something is very wrong here.

Still waiting for my car to be fixed after they broke my door handle. (That I have to pay for!) They have not reached out to me, despite my continuous calling AND they failed to tell me they were going to be closed on a Monday. Meanwhile my rental car is overdue and there is nobody to answer my calls. It's been over a month! So lame and frustrating.

Can't recommend them highly enough. I'm a repeat customer. They're ethical, and do great work. Brought my old CR-V in to get an estimate on repair to some water seal trim - they gave me the "real world" estimate to replace the trim, then did a *complimentary fix* that will do the job without replacement. They're awesome!

I use to be an insurance agent and would always recommend this body shop and always heard rave reviews. I had a small back end incident and I absolutely regretted taking my car here. The lack of communication and updates was absolutely horrible. I spoke with so called manager Karen who got on the phone with an attitude & was rude & disrespectful. She later stated that she wears too many hats for the company and she is stressed & anxious so this is why she came off as a bitch. I never used that work and were her words. The conversation made there customer service absolutely worse for me. They had my vehicle over five weeks and there was no way my damage took that long to fix. I waited to take my car in since Savannah/front desk told me my emblems were on back order. I didn't want to have to wait but that didn't matter. I could tell when they worked on my vehicle because my vehicle would alert me and it was at most two weeks. My rental vehicle ran out and I told them and they didn't care and finally Katie sent me an update after waiting two weeks. The work looks good so far but my emblems are a bit high and it would be a hassle to let them know. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because Savannah has great customer service skills. Karen and Katie need customer service and email etiquette classes.

Wow! I would have never guessed this would be so fast and easy . Staff is very friendly. It only took 6 minutes to complete our estimate appointment.

Bob Thomas CARSTAR Collision is by far the most professional, easy to work with and dedicated team I have had the pleasure of knowing. I have had to get my car serviced there twice for two unrelated issues and each time, I have been treated with the upmost respect. Their team took the time to make sure all of my concerns were heard and addressed and the best part was that they had my car fixed within an hour. I was amazed! Undoubtedly, I will be referring my family and friends to Bob Thomas CARSTAR because I know they will be in the most qualified and professional of hands.

My family had gotten into an accident, and Bob Thomas Carstar Collision was there to walk me through every step. I appreciate Karen for working past the normal business hours on a Saturday in order to take my vehicle from the towing company. Karen truly went above and beyond in making the terrible experience very comfortable for me and my family. They were also able to get the inspection done very quickly.

They were prompt in scheduling me in for a quote and once approved by the insurance got my truck in promptly .
