E Nails

Been going to E nails for a long time now, within the last year I started seeing Julie for my nails and she is the best!! I get a fill every 4-6 weeks and almost never have any chips or broken nails. I love that she remembers details about my life and always knows my color without having to tell her! The salon is always clean and all the staff members are friendly! Pricing is really reasonable for always getting quality nails that last a long time! Definitely see Julie when you come here!

Enails is the perfect place for getting your nails done in Savage!! Have been going here for years and the ambiance is always calming along with the fact that each nail technician is super hard working!! Would totally recommend if your looking for a quality manicure or pedicure. Some of the best nail technicians out there!

Had the worst experience - do not go here!! Got my nails done and they all cracked and chipped within 2 days. Called to get them repaired and Both times waited over 30 minutes to get in with an appointment. My nails are down to the stubs. People doing your nails should focus on that rather than answering phones and doing many things at once. A dip manicure took over 2 hours.

I called to make an appt for noon the same day. When I arrived I waited 25 min before the had me soak my feet. Another 20 min and no one came to do my pedicure. By 12:45 I could see there was not a manicurist that wasn't already busy with another client. I decided to just leave. I've been getting pedicures here for years. I used to be able to just walk in and get a pedicure within 15 min. Great for them as they are busier so I started making appts. Why did they allow me to make a noon appt if they didn't have anyone available. I had other errands to run. Those didn't get done as I had to go home and do my own nails because I was leaving on vacation.

Their prices have risen $7 in a short amount of time and now they have a sign up that they charge a $1.50 service fee for all services. I'm not sure who gets that but I already tip $5 every time I go. Time to find a new place.

I gave them 2 stars only because all the manicurists are very nice and it's not their fault the guy in charge can't schedule appts properly. If I had been a walk in I understand the wait but if one makes an appt then they should be serviced within 15 min at the most.

I was short on time and couldn't make it to my regular salon, so I swung in here.
Everyone was nice, but it took an extremely long time.
I went in for a gel manicure. It took an hour and a half, and I didn't have to
The girl was very slow.
The gel started cracking and peeling a few days later.
It was a waste of $40.
I won't be going back.

My wife came and absolutely loved this place. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. As a fair warning please make an appointment as you will wait because they are very packed and are short staffed. Also the inside is very beautiful as the manager works very hard to accommodate everyone.

My daughter got her nails done and really liked them! "I love them!", she exclaimed as she ran out the building. She'd give a 4 star

My nails were fairly straightforward, acrylic layover with neutral color... 1 star from me due to reasons noted below. Average rating evens out to 2.

Here is the breakdown of events for me:
I switched from powder dip to this option in hopes that I could spend less time at the nail salon;
The tech attempted to dissuade me with facts (I appreciated this);
When I decided on the acrylic overlay I was informed there would be an extra charge for removing the previous powder dip (I'm disappointed every time there is an extra charge for things like "polish removal" as if there is a way tho get my nails done and leave the old polish on);
I'm asked for a minor imperfection to be corrected (little bubble in polish color) and was told she couldn't because it would have to be redone

I guess in short, it's likely hit or miss - as is probably true for all establishments with more than one employee.

I recently moved back to Savage and came here first for a pedicure and then for an acrylic fill with gel polish after going to an expensive uptown salon and not being impressed. Linda is incredible with her application and super sweet and friendly. Everyone on the staff is eager to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Will be going back.

If I could give this salon 0 stars, I absolutely would. I'm about to be 25 and I look much younger and I definitely believe this salon sees a young person and thinks: "perfect to take advantage of".
First, I get there and you can easily see the menu on the wall with pricing. It says 25$ for a gel fill, which is what I was coming in for. Ok, perfect, sounds standard. They lead me to a technician and she seems nice enough, asks me how old I am and I tell her I'm about to graduate college which she can't believe because she said I look 17. She asks if I want the same shape and length, I say more or less but I'd like the shape a little more rounder square and at the moment I had more of a rounded look. She said okay but then when it got to that point, she didn't do it and when I pointed that out, she got huffy & puffy and acted like it was SUCH an inconvenience to FILE my nails a little more.. lol. Then when she finally finished, a fill btw that took 40 mins, she took me to the register and I said please add 6$ on the amount for a tip because I didn't have cash, which she told me when I got done that it would be 35$ instead of the 25$- I assumed because of extra filing (what a JOKE)- but whatever I didn't say anything. But the part that really had me nearly fly off the handle was that instead of putting a 6$ tip on my card like I asked, she added 10$.. and when I asked for my receipt, she was hesitating and claiming at first that she couldn't give it to me until I insisted and she gave me another. She knew she was f*cked at that point; I was furious and immediately left. Moral of the story: untrustworthy place of business and I will never return.

Nail tech Hannah always takes great cae of me & the Owner Lee is great, too! My nails have always looked amazing and even when I switched from acrylic to dip to gel my nails were rehabbed appropriately. Prices are fair and competitive compared to all the other nail salons I've been to in the area.
