Dutch Oven Bakery

Had to try one of their sandwiches and WASN'T disappointed...it was really good, freshly made and service was top notch. Store is very clean, welcoming, and had plenty of quantity! If I didn't live over an hour away, would be there everyday!!!

Very good selection of unique bakery items. Decent prices. Highly recommended. It's off the beaten path from I-65 (13 miles west) if just passing through the area but worth the drive.

I was thrilled to come across this bakery and it did not disappoint. They have a wide variety of baked goods from all different kinds of pies and cakes to cinnamon rolls and raisin bread. They had different flavors of cinnamon rolls which I've never seen before like blueberry and peach. They have candy and fudge and a lot of jars of jam and apple butter.

I liked that they had two different sizes of cake so you could get a smaller one for less people. They have toys and wind chimes and metal works.

I could have gone crazy but I held back and just got cinnamon rolls and fudge. I would love to come back in the fall.

They sell some of the best deli sandwiches I've ever had. They also have very good cake and desserts. Every time I'm on 65 coming from Huntsville, I make sure to stop through. They also have a variety of snacks, breads, meats, cheeses, jams, and fudge to name a few. Definitely worth a stop

I was v excited to come here. I bought a slice of black forest cake......v stale and hard cake....I icing was like a block on it and not fluffy at all....the cherries inside were mixed with disgusting jam. I ended up throwing away the slice after 2 bites
Horrible cake. I was v disappointed.

I purchased a few jams, maple pecan crumb cake, and a loaf of sourdough. The crumb cake was dense and packed with pecans and crumbs. The jams are fresh and delicious. Can't wait to come back and try more homemade treats!

I've been here a few times. Their prices are on the high side. They have a large variety of different foods and spices, cakes, desserts, kitchen items, candies. It's nice to go in and browse. Their spices are a good price so I get them there. Their cakes are ok...nothing to brag about. Cheesecake is the no bake kind.. not real genuine cheese cake.. it's from a box so I won't get that again. I wouldn't go out if my way to stop here, but if I'm passing by I do, just stay away from the no bake cheesecake.

The have the best prices and their homemade sandwiches are so good. Very friendly people.

Wow! What a gem of a country store, bakery and deli. I cannot add anything the other reviewers did not already state. Fresh, home-made delicious goods at incredibly low prices. Cool place to go for neat gifts and unique houseware items. I love to do puzzles--they have a nice selection of USA made (high quality) puzzles, so I picked up three. Check them out--you will go back!

We stopped in here while staying at Quail Creek Resort. We loved it!! We all ordered sandwiches, and it's so easy to just check each box of what you'd like on your sandwich!! They were all delicious, the bacon cheddar cheese breed is pretty amazing on a sandwich! We ordered a few desserts too, the sour cream orange rolls were delicious, not super sweet, they were perfect!!! Cherry cheese cake was delicious too!

This is a great stop for some homemade goodies!!
