Dunn Tire

I had to get a new set of tires put on along with a NYS inspection and had a great experience here!

I made an appointment online in August 2020 for a Wednesday in September. Now this is where the star is deducted as I was supposed to receive a call to confirm the appointment but didn't. I reached out to their support line though and they immediately text me and confirmed my appointment - Just make sure you save that text!!

Upon arriving, I was able to find a parking spot easily. The inside was clean and orderly and I was taken care of straight-away. The gentleman who took care of me was easy to talk to and broke down all of the services and pricing for me. Also, everyone was wearing masks and practicing social distancing, etc.

I asked how long it would take and he estimated about 1.5 to 2 hours. So, I ended up walking along Sheridan Dr. and hitting up WalMart and Starbucks to waste some time. I came back after a while and sat in the customer area, which again was clean and very orderly, and before I knew it, everything was done! I think it was about 1.5 - 1.75 hours in total, so his estimate was pretty spot on.

All-in-all, I had a good experience here and wouldn't mind coming back again for any tire needs.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. The man with the shaved head in the front had the worst attitude. No thank you! Go somewhere else.

2 years in a row I spent money on tires and in each case someone took ownership on my satisfaction and this is all during Covid... The excuse all businesses are using when service sucks...

This is the fifth or sixth time that I've taken my car to Dunn Tire. Each time I've gone, the staff have been very friendly and the mechanics and technicians are very knowledgeable. The pricing is very fair. Seeing as it's getting to be nicer outside, they are very busy so making an appointment online or over the phone is something that I strongly advise you to do.

They do a wide array of services such as oil changes, brake work, seasonal tire changeovers, tire sales, inspections, the list goes on and on. I decided to go to Dunn last year after having a not-so-great experience at Firestone Tire on Maple Road where I was left waiting for over 5 hours for a seasonal tire changeover only to be informed at the very end of my wait that they had broken one of my tire pressure censors.

Dunn Tire, though they were very busy today and when I went at the end of April (for an oil change), they only had my car for just shy of 3 hours. They never do anything without consulting you first, which is a great. They've also done a fantastic job with making sure that everyone wears a mask.

Overall, Dunn Tire is great though I will always have a soft spot for the folks at Vermont Tire back home.

Started the day with my wife sending me a picture of the warning light on her dash. It was her tire pressure warning light. She was at her office so I had her call AAA. They came to put air in her tire and told her she had a nail in her tire. I told her to go to Dunn Tire. The AAA driver followed her there to make sure she made it safely. In the meantime I spoke with Tiana at Dunn Tire who told me that they could take care of it today. I met my wife at Dunn Tire and again spoke with Tiana who was very polite and knowledgeable. Later this morning we were advised the nail was too close to the sidewall for the tire to be repaired. Dunn tire was able to get a replacement tire within a few hours to match the flat. Everyone we dealt with at Dunn Tire was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to match and replace the tire in the same day. I would return to Dunn Tire when tires or tire repairs are needed.

Myself and my wife arrived around 12 Pm with an emergency situation. Had a nail right in the middle of the tire. A flat tire that would not hold air for more than an hour... Only needed a simple plug that I would, and could have done myself, except that it would have voided my warranty. All employees, including manager made it clear that only an appointment 2 weeks out was possible. The DUNN DOZEN is an ABSOLUTE FRAUD. I'm ashamed that I sent my father, brother, and sister here. You will never see a penny from any of us again. Horrible business.

Excellent , excellent customer service ! So happy with my service. I had two tires replaced and an inspection done on my car. Each person I came in contact with was professional, knowledgeable, kind , and courteous! I was very impressed and will continue going here in the future ! I wish all place had this kind of service. It is a gem in this day and age .

Fair pricing for new brake pads & rotors on my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500.

Service was polite , friendly, and swift. Everyone in service bays as well inside at counters were fully masked and gloved ( thank you for helping to protect our community !)

Turn around for work completion was fast.

They did not try to upsell me things I didn't need or want - just did the service I asked for.

When it's time for a new set of tires I'll be back for sure.

I ended up getting winter tires early because I needed to recycle an old set of tires, and Dunn's will take old tires (for a $3 fee/tire). I went to this new Dunn's facility - just 3 weeks old - that replaces their old Sheridan Drive location. This place is big and modern and feels more like you're checking into a hospital with a reception desk and a giant window into the many service bays.

I was greeted and immediately helped by a friendly and attentive person who with the tire recycling, and with my luck, I was there when they had a couple promotions - check their web site for details, but I scored a Bills victory discount (Bills win, you get a discount), and a good deal on very highly rated Bridgestone Blizzak WS90's (which are the current rave of Youtube snow tire testers).

Wisely, this new location is right beside a McDonald's, so it was an easy wait as I got new tires put on. They diagnosed a problem with the rear brakes so everything was fixed at one time.

Very pleased at the service and facility. Waiting room has coffee, and I could use the McDonald's wifi.:)

Made appt for two new tires and was quoted fair price but after getting there the price increased. Then after trying hard to upsell the schmuck told me he couldn't rotate my two existing tires because they were "unsafe". Even though he told me they would "barely pass by 1/16" nys inspection. I left and got a better deal up the street at Mavis tire
