They literally mess up whatever i order every single time and they are all rude. Don't waste your time here go ahead and pick a different one

The donuts are mid and the coffee is disgusting, I asked for a vanilla iced coffee and it was horrible!! Never going back!! Y'all always mess it up. It's good when they can

So I go to this location since it is the closest to me. The service here is horrible. The girls who take your order always have a freaking attitude. Managers need to address this because people will stop going here due to the horrible Customer Service.

I would give less stars for the actual service, and it is normally the drive thru service. The majority of the females are rude and have attitude. There is a young man on the window and he has always been nice. I am never mean to any of them, i am always nice. I understand its hard to work with public especially during these Covid-19 times but please stop with the attitude. Today i had an iced drink and 2 donuts and no napkins were given and no straw. I asked if I could have a straw and the girl gave this horrible attitude which made me write this review. Management should speak to their employees if not they will start loosing customers.

This Dunkin is constantly busy before 10. You don't want to go through the drive thru because the line is so long and you don't want to go inside because they are constantly pushing the kiosk. No human interaction, even if you have cash you better ask someone to borrow their card.
Today I went in, super busy with a line to the door. They are taking orders in person. I slip to the kiosk with hopes that I can surpass everyone standing in line. Order was placed at 8:31. Food comes 2 minutes later, I ask her about my coffee and she says that's not her problem, she only does food. Next person comes over, ask about my coffee she looks at the receipt and goes back to standing in a corner sipping Chick-fil-A. Now it is 843. The lobby is completely empty and I ask if I'm ever going to get my coffee. The lady that is doing drive thru coffee apologized, Violet was her name.. only useful person in this store this morning. She explained that the ones doing front counter threw away my ticket but that she would be happy to make it.
These girls in here constantly have attitudes and don't want to work. In this economy, they should be grateful to have a job.
The manager is an older gentleman who will do nothing about anything. He stays in the back with his head down and acts like he doesn't hear anything.

I must say what amazing service I received on a Tuesday afternoon. It was a drive thru order that made a bad day GREAT! The team worked together so well. They had the drink ready and my app scanned in NO time! In addition, Hannah, Kaitlyn, and Christian were the highlight of my day. I know this location gets crazy busy. It's frustrating yet when the individuals work as a team (ie the ones above) it makes the wait worth the time! I appreciated their kindness, attention to detail, and ability to make me smile! THANKS DUNKIN' for keeping me running because of team members like Hannah, Kaitlyn, and Christian!

gave me mocha instead of caramel and i don't like mocha but remade my drink and almost forgot to put caramel

Had to use the new broke ass kiosk to order 4 donuts. Then had to wait 20 min for said donuts, while everyone that came in after us had already gotten there food and drinks. Worst managed Dunkin I've ever been in.

Lobby is closed and after not giving us 2 of our items the cashier wants to argue with us saying we didn't order those things and also refused to give us the receipt. When we realized that we were still missing a drink they refused to give us the missing drink because we didn't have a receipt she rescued to give us. All around trash from the employees, to the damn cold sandwiches, to refusing to give us our receipt, the. Telling us we never ordered those items because you wanna rush with peoples orders.

Their frozen coffee's aren't even frozen more like liquid. Should have just ordered a cold brew.
