Dunkin'

It's right next to a school which makes it better. Workers are nice and make a killer iced chai and iced matcha latte. Hot, not so much, but iced is always better anyways. Super understanding, gives free water and ice, makes great signature lattes, and always willing to accomodate. It's always super busy, but hey, who can blame them when there's literally a school (or two) right next door? I just feel bad for the guy dealing with the annoying middle school boys lol.

The man who served us was very disrespectful and rude to us. The food was very delicious! The service was very bad because we asked him for a cup of water while he was smoking. And he got mad and walked in slammed the door open, threw the scoop in the ice machine and he didn't wash his hands after.
He started slamming stuff around.
We did not feel welcomed.

This is the fifth time now in a month I've paid over $4.00 for a coffee and they weren't open yet, it's past 6am on a MONDAY and they open at 5am but won't open the doors and you can tell they were all late and just started coffee or no one at all was in there. If the number provided or customer service would ever get me my money back I'd be fine but I've now paid well over $20 and never received a dime back

I know I said I'd go to elsewhere, but, but...COFFEE!!! Anyway, guess what I was dodging on the way in and out of there? Yup. Bees.

To be fair, my iced cold brew is pretty good.

Slow service with a good deal of attitude. Wouldn't even let me wash the grease off my hands after I checked under my car hood when I bought a drink.

Pretty sure they only hire people with low IQ's here. 25 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese bagel, 2 donuts and 2 BLACK coffees. This place is a disaster, and I'm pretty sure their employees are walking dead, or just brain dead. Take an extra 5mins and go to the one in Pepperell, where they have their shit together.

Tried this location a few times as it's on my way to work and easy to get in and out of, but unfortunately the staff just can't seem to handle the morning rush. Even just two or three people deep in line takes about 10 minutes. Friendly but just not very efficient, and each time I went they seemed to be either short or "all out" of certain food items.

Micaela the shift manager refused to give my 77 yr old mother the senior citizens discount. Micaela said there was nothing she could do about that. I want to know why not?

Last time i went there it took me 20 mins to get my coffee that ended up wrong...an i was 2nd in line...enough said

Seems like whenever it's a nice day outside the coolata ma machine is broken and the staff are a bit slow and the space is a bit small with no bathroom. They are inconsistent with the orders... I order a coffee with cream and 2 sugar and I have gotten no sugar or only 1 and sometimes I get milk or little amounts of cream.
