They had 4 workers and everyone seemed to be running around with their heads cut off. Long wait in the line only for my coffee to be absolutely disgusting. The cashier doesn't greet you just shows up after making some orders and says "go ahead". Then she was concerned about another customer grabbing a piece of napkin off of "their" roll. She literally stopped someone's order to say "excuse me miss!?" How about if it wasn't on the counter she wouldn't have assumed it was for customers. I have seen busy Dunkins with less workers run much smoother than the madness I seen this morning.

Nothing special about this Dunkin' Donuts location; it's very basic! Basic, as in the store fits the quality of the socioeconomic status that lives in the area. So, if you come from an area where the socioeconomic status is high, then you would not like this location. It isn't bad, and I have actually been to worse. All that matters to me, is that this place is clean; gives great service; the food is typical for any other Dunkin' Donuts location, and the employees treat you as you treat them. To be honest, I live in Edgewater neighborhood, and I would take this one over ours in a heartbeat, because it is bigger; has more seating, and cleaner than ours.
As for the area, I have noticed in the afternoon that there are people that hang out outside, but that just comes with the area it is in, but it really isn't anything to worry about, because best believe there are at least two Chicago Police squad cars patrolling the area. So far, I have not had any negative experiences at this location, and I'm pretty sure that I will return.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 124450222Jun 9, 2014

Sad!!! The service was horrible mostly all the employees had attitudes except the one dude in the back with blonde hair. One time I purchased a medium iced coffee and the moment I sat it on the counter is slipped and spilled everywhere. I cleaned it up then I ask can it get replaced. I didn't even take a sip. The manager said no and that I would have to purchase another drink ....but why? I'm like I come in here every morning I get a iced coffee and a bacon and cheese sandwich with jelly. He again said no so I left feeling like being a loyal customer goes unappreciated. I'm done with this location they don't know how to treat their customers.

I've been to this Dunkin Donuts numerous times, and its by far the best location I've been to. Not only do they have a drive thru, but their employee's are friendly and serve you with a smile. This is one of the newer locations, and its typically well stocked and tidy.
My iced coffees have always been flavored to my liking with just enough cream and sugar and the donuts are always fresh even at 5pm. Their hashbrown rounds are delicious!
Good job guys!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - A V.Chicago, IL0606Jun 6, 2015
This review is for the morning shift because i have never been there in the afternoon. Also i have never been in the actual store. I use to go all the time but i rarely go know because the man that is taking orders through the drive through i think his name is Javier has attitude and sucks in taking orders. He is so rude and he never lets you know to move on to the next window. He doesn't repeat the order so you don't know if he heard you or not. I do not like this DD for nothing sometimes we don't have a choice and have to stop and grab some coffee. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but it never fails he is always a jerk. I really dislike this DD. once again this is for the morning shift through the drive through.

If I could give lower I would!!!!!!went to this location a couple times and each time had been less than satisfied the coffee was old once and the manager yogi Patel refused to replace standing on the fact that it was fine and albeit might have been to his knowledge however it did not taste fine to me or the two others I had in the car and as a customer you would think they would aim to please another instance I had gone to purchase a cake in broad daylight and the employee would not let me into the facility she insisted that I go through the drive thru I pleaded with her to let me in so I could pick my cake but she would not... not even sure what that was about nonetheless I will never patronize this facility again the nerve of them to be in my community and treat my people like crap then go home to their community and live off of our dollars smh this review is for the dd located11525 s halsted Chicago il 60643.

Probably had the worst experience here with this Dunkin' Donuts. The drive thru attendant Gary was extremely rude and condescending because I asked for my coffee black with one cream and 3 sugars. Stating and I quote "How is it black if it has cream in it" and then proceeded to get confrontational with me because of the way I requested my coffee. You know what I meant I shouldn't have to play the semantics game. Just give me what I asked for. I pull to the window and he wanted to argue with me about addressing how rude and disgusting he was and wasn't even trying to get the manager Soni. She offered to pay for my coffee but at this point I don't want anything from this Dunkin' Donuts because of how comfortable he felt with being nasty with me. I get it, this location is in the heart of Englewood and you expect a certain kind of customer and you feel as though you can talk to paying customers any kind of way but I don't tolerate that! Whatsoever! Do not go here if you value your dollar. Just go to Starbucks up the street you'll pay a little more but at least they will respect you as a human first and a paying customer second.
