Dunkin'

I ordered a small coffee with 2 cream. My coffee was paler than me, and tasted like it had more creamer than coffee. Unacceptable.

Terrible - so bad my wife and I couldn't stop laughing on the way out. Mid-morning and nothing on the shelves except a few strawberry glazed donuts and jelly stuffed donut holes. None of it particularly fresh. Staff was filthy. Ordered two donut holes, two small cappuccinos. They messed up the order. There was something black on one coffee lids, and the coup de grace? - the dude opened the bag to put in the donuts and sneezed into the bag. We threw everything out in the in-store trash bin. There is a McDonalds just past DDs on the right.

Went for donuts, mid morning, and they had no donuts, like, not even glazed, nothing! Unbelievable! We just left without ordering anything

Extremely poor service did not get what I ordered and waited 28 minutes for a cup of coffee.

Just sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes with no explanation why we were not served when I was able to get to the window was ignored by staff very unprofessional I will be sure to also go on the main Dunkin website and make calls to report I was refused service at the bath Dunkin donuts

Got the wrong food. Driving, so could not exchange. The food we got was overdone. Couldn't even call store because noone picked up. Then tried online and I'm not starting an account to get junk mail just to voice my issues...

Your coffee is great, but the last time I bought donuts they didn't even have a teaspoon of filling! And I didn't get what I ordered.

Nothing was right -- sad donuts lacking glaze and frosting, wrong size drinks, and dismissive attitudes of the employees. I'm glad we're just driving though.

This Dunkin' Donuts is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever dealt with. They continual mess orders up every time we order there is something wrong. From getting hot chocolate instead of coffee and the last order was for a simple iced Carmel coffee with 2 cream and it has full of sugar on the bottom of the glass. Will continual to purchase from other Dunkin' Donuts in the area but will never step foot in this place again!

used to really like going here but currently they have very poorly trained employees and the coffee is absolutely horrible. im not a huge coffee snob but i know the exact measurements on what i like and either they consistently get them wrong or they aren't brewing the coffee right or both. considering there where grounds in my cup this morning thats a pretty big clue that brewing is one issue. all i know is i pray the new location has better staff and this isnt the staff being trained for that one. i just hope its better but im swearing off my hot coffee from this location for the foreseeable future im literally dumping money down the drain
