This assessment pertains to the services of threading and tinting at Dream Salon.

I've been a patron of Dream Salon for over four years, and my experiences have consistently been exceptional. Whether I visit during peak hours or quieter times, I've never had to wait more than five minutes as a walk-in. The salon staff is consistently welcoming, with someone promptly greeting me at the door and swiftly guiding me to a seat.

The pricing at Dream Salon is reasonable, with threading priced at $9 and the additional tinting bringing the total to $19.

I wholeheartedly recommend this clean establishment if you're seeking a swift and efficient place for eyebrow threading.

Not a bad place but I probably won't go back. The last time, I went there for an 18 dollar manicure. I charged it on my card and asked for change for a 20 dollar bill for a tip. I specifically asked for some 1 dollar bills. The manicurist came back with a 10 and two 5 dollar bills. She waved the 5 dollar bill with a whimper, meaning she wanted it all. WOW! Almost a 30 percent tip on a regular manicure. Shame on her! I told her to keep it! She looks like she's been there a long time and you would think she would have picked up some customer service skills along the way. That was the last time, I will ever return. People need to write these places up more often so positive changes can occur.

Madhu did an excellent job with my lash lift. I will be coming here in the future for the same service!

Clean but bright
No burning scented candles or tantric tunes playing in background but an over all great treatment hardly any discomfort during the waxing!

The owner,Madhu, is truly INCREDIBLE, so knowledgeable. I've gone to other lash artists but she has been the best by far. She taught me how to properly clean and care for my lashes-which definitely makes a difference. Not only that, she is incredibly fast. Full sets and lash fills are always less than an hour with her. Even though she's fast, you can tell everytime she does quality work. Amazing professional that also provides hair, eyebrow, waxing services along with the lashes which I've also had positive experiences with! I'm so happy I have her near me :)

There was no customer service. The lady that cut my hair barely spoke to me. Made me feel like I wasn't worth her time. She wasn't presentable at all. When I go to a spa I do expect the ppl working there to look the part. I barely get the chance to treat myself to something special so when the time came I decided to check this place out- what a mistake! I want to feel like I exist and that I'm not a chore. I don't see myself coming back and if you're looking for a place that gives you great customer service (not after giving them a tip that they didn't deserve btw!) and a nice experience DON'T come here- they don't care if you come or go.

I get my eyelashes and eyebrows done here. Ladies are wonderful and always do an excellent job. Highly recommend!

I made an appt for my daughter for her first hair wax and a haircut. they wrote it in for the wrong week and didn't know to expect us. The woman who serviced us had no bedside manor, and waxed my daughters legs quite unceremoniously. When she cut hair, she didn't bother to wash it or even to wet it. She just brushed out my daughters unwashed hair, and cut it dry. She charged me $25 for a haircut, when advertised for $15. She said it's because I asked for layers. It was an awful awful haircut. It was the oddest experience, and I will never go back.

Great services. Been here a couple times for waxing. Madhu has been great, very professional and does a thorough job. She is very quick and gets the job done right the first time. This last time one of the other staff had to do it, although she was nice, she was not as thorough as Madhu. The process was long and very painful. She kept putting too much wax so it kept getting stuck pulling at the skin instead of just the hair. It's been 2 wks and I still have skin irritation/folliculitis. Besides that experience, every other time with Madhu has been great.
Update:Shilpa is also very good. Very detailed and thorough.
