Spare yourself the money and the literal headaches from bad prescription glasses forcing your eyes to focus unnaturally. I had to go back twice and they still did not get it right. It took six months before I got the second, "corrected," pair of glasses. When I got them, they were only marginally better than the initial junk I was given that gave me headaches, nausea, and dizziness. I was better off not wearing anything at all! When I got the second set of lenses, I just gave up trying because they still had it dead wrong! I am furious beyond measure. I lost a lot of money and a lot of time because of these optical quacks! All they do is give excuses, bad service, and slow service. To be able to see even somewhat good, I have to wear the glasses in a very crooked manner and it still looks bad through the lenses. I will never go back again nor will I try to get their stupidity corrected. I could see just fine through the test optical device when the test was done. But I could see nothing but blur when I got my glasses both times. They kept my money, I got nothing. I hate them!

I am flabbergasted that this eyecare business has so many good reviews on other sites. My husband and I tried it when we first moved to Lafayette. I ordered contacts, or so I thought after speaking with the Dr. and the receptionist after putting it on my form, only to find out later that they were never ordered. Also, my husband ordered regular glasses and sunglasses. The lenses on both were terrible. He could not use them as they created a wavy vision. We were asked to allow them a "second chance" to make them right. We only got them back because I called two weeks later after not hearing from the office. One of the employees said that the sunglasses were "not great" and explained to us that they were not entirely tinted. We asked for our money back for said sunglasses since we would not be accepting them, but was informed that they would still be charging us for the restocking fee. So even though the lenses were messed up, twice, not the fault of my husband nor I, but rather the office and/or the terrible lab they use, they are still charging us for that portion. Supposedly they must charge us the restocking fee because it is "their policy", which must trump any decent customer service. Will not be returning!
