Dr. Meyer is a lovely person. As soon as she heard I was having an issue, she did her best to make things right immediately.

Terrible customer service. During the height of the pandemic her hours were changed making it next to impossible for me to schedule an appointment. Would not extend my time period for my appointments, use it or lose it! I am told the Doctor is not very good to her employees! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH HER, so many other businesses that provide the same services.

By far the worst customer service from the owner. DO NOT PURCHASE packages from this business as she does not fulfill the procedures you pay for. BAD BUSINESS..I repeat do NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. She will lie and lie as to why she can't fulfill your appointment..complete bull

This place is horrible!! I don't know how they are still in business! They treat their customers horribly. This is a spa people, you're supposed to enjoy and feel good about going here! NOT! It's really sad. No common sense, no logic. My expired groupon was not accepted because Kelly said Groupon doesn't honor any groupons over a year. Not true. Even the lady speaking on the phone to me knew she was incorrect, but of course, wouldn't question anything. Just told me no, and basically go away. Very poor service. No thank you!

I have been going here for a couple of years and only because Kelly is amazing. If Kelly wasn't there then I probably wouldn't return I even bought a package for my husband and his results have been incredible as well as mine. Will be going back soon

Dr. Mayer has recently become my primary physician, and I'm glad she has. She's very personable and I have her complete attention. Even as one of the last appointments in the evening you can tell she genuinely wants to take time with you. The only downer - (or not, depending on how you see it) her office is also a medical spa so it can get busy and you might have to wait a bit.

Her staff is also pleasant and helpful. I recommend Dr. Mayer to anyone.

Cathy is AMAZING!!! I went here for laser hair removal. She made me feel so calm because I was nervous since it was my first time ever getting laser. She explained everything before she started the appointment and made sure that I was doing okay during the appointment. She took her time and she did a great job. I love her! I have recommend her to any of my friends that want laser.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I made the huge mistake of buying a groupon from them for 3 areas of laser hair removal. I have had more than 7 appointments of mine cancelled on me for various ridiculous reasons. The receptionist Lori is the WORST receptionist I've ever come into contact with. I called to tell her that I'm running late for my appointment That was rescheduled bc of their canceling and she hung up the phone on me with a very nasty attitude that they wouldn't see me if I was late. When I arrived Lori spoke to me as if I was a 5 year old child being punished. She grabbed her bag and told me they were closed...at 4pm?! I call bullshit.

If this isn't enough to avoid doing business with them, then maybe their actual service will. As far as their laser equipment, it sucks. They have 2 machines, and you can't decide which one they use. They're both old and outdated. I've done laser hair removal at other medspas and none of the equipment has made my skin evoke smoke and smell like fire. I could straight up see smoke coming from my skin. And the other laser equipment hurts like hell from the zap. I've had that equipment at other places but they put a gel on your skin to avoid the shock. Not these guys. Cheap as they come.

Don't buy that tempting groupon. Don't.

Initially the place was disorganized, that issue did resolve over time.

My biggest complaint here is their laser hair removal is absolutely pointless. You might as well throw your money down the toilet. The laser hair removal techs as nice as they were BOTH assured me that six sessions is all I would need and that that using two different lasers would indeed provide the best results. Overtime I kept saying the hair is growing back the same and they BOTH kept reassuring me that just wait until the sixth session for the full results. Well at the last and final session the tech tried to sell me an additional package and changed her tune and stated six sessions is never enough to see results! I reminded her of the previous conversations we had and she just stared at me with a blank look.

This place makes promises they can't keep and is a complete waste of time and money. I have friends that have gone to different places and have much better results.

My only advice is to look at the reviews of so many others on the so-called med spa and go someplace else; this place is a complete let down.
