I am New to the Naples area from Staten Island and just had my car protected with PPF and it was a pleasure working with the team here, Yes, there're are many choices but, after my due diligence I felt I made the right choice using DP Pros.

Misrepaired my Ford twice and I had to take it elsewhere, where they told me that this place weren't even using the right parts.

I arrived just before they opened at 8am and was immediately greeted and told my car would be looked at right away. In less than an hour I had a call back and was told it was all ready to pick up. Amazing service with quick and honest results.

I called a week in advance to schedule a routine oil change. I stressed that I needed the car before 5pm because I needed to pick up my kids. (No problem! said the person on the phone)
We dropped the car off at the scheduled time. Was told to park on the street.
I called about 2.5 hours later to ask if they could also check the tires. This person didn't ask me for my name or my car details just kind of grunted "ok"
I hear nothing...
4:55pm rolls around and I hustle up to retrieve my keys. Three of the employees are just standing outside the garage chatting. I say "I'm here to pick up my car." They gesture to the office/the person who can get me my keys. I then proceed to wait several more minutes, it's past 5pm, I gotta go get my kids. Finally, I ask "Could one of you assist me? I just need to pay and get my keys, I have to pick up my children." One of those guys asks the office guy to help me. He grabs the folder with my keys in it. I ask "did you even look at my car?" "No, we didn't"
I turn around and leave. No apology, no "bring it back on Monday we'll do it first thing", no offer to make it right. I will never try this place again.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1Business owner information

This wasn't a great experience. I feel like I got worked over and paid twice more than what I budgeted for after talking to them and getting "quoted". The quotes are BS... just seemed like they targeted me and called after I dropped it off with a bunch of other things wrong that needed immediate attention which also costs me hundreds more...

Came to David after a dealership told me I needed thousands of dollars in repairs before a long road trip (they didn't say anything about the repairs until I told them about the trip). All of the reviews about DP Auto are true- David quickly took in my car, did an assessment and gave me an accurate timeline for when the car will need service. And based on reviews those repairs will be significantly better priced.

I have been going to DP Auto since I moved to DC as a grad student in 2017. I've always felt like I could rely on them for timely, affordable, and high quality service. They've done everything for me from coming in early when I had to leave for a road trip to not charging me when they had to refer me to a specialist shop. Happy to be a return customer!

I had tire slowly losing air - they found a nail and fixed it in about 10 minutes and I was back on the road for a out 1/3 the cost of a new tire.

Great shop didn't charge me for checking out companies van...and recommend to take to a specialist that deals with electric

David is one of the most efficient guys I have ever met.
I showed up with questions about by brakes.
He checked. We talked about it. He told me to come back the next morning and by mid-afternoon, the work was done, plus the oil change I had also asked.
His team even took the initiative (without me asking) of putting up my front license plate which didn't have a proper stand.
