Oh doesn't let me tell you the ways I love your food your dumplings and your Don Don noodles are second to none.
Your waitstaff is attentive but they leave me alone to enjoy the deliciousness.
Your food is spicy enough to wake me from the dead but not enough to kill me.
Your dumplings are divine your Don Don are awesome my stomach thank you.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Jun 17, 2020Updated review
I love dough zone lol y'all should sponsor me. We ate our food b4 I could get a flick haha. I always get the broccoli, it was good but it was a little overcooked and I prefer it to be a little crunchy. Overall good experience, and a cute server. Definitely recommend the tea with the salted cream, so good. :

Decided to come in the day they reopened for dine in seating! Absolutely delicious experience, and affordable too. Ordered many things because it is my dad's birthday! my favorite part was the banana naan dessert! I've never had anything like it before. great service too, especially with everything that's going on.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Oct 9, 2019Previous reviewI love dough zone lol, y'all should sponsor me. I don't know how I've been so late to the game finding out about Dough Zone but I finally tried it a couple weeks ago. I have come back one other time since then and really like it.
I called in the order and it took about 20 minutes to get ready. The portions and pricing are reasonable and staff are nice. It's basically like a more economic version of Din Tai Fung (IMO). We got a bunch of different things. The Q-bao, soup dumplings, Dan Dan noodles, and some other things I can't remember. Everything was delicious.
They have take out only atm because of Covid and are doing a great job with their precautions. Everyone had gloves and masks on and they were sanitizing as well as using proper social distancing.Helpful 10Thanks 0Love this 12Oh no 0 - 453197533Sep 1, 2019
I hands down LOVE dough zone. When I came here for dinner on a week day, the service was a bit slower than I expected and it was too busy. But none the less the food didn't disappoint!
I would say though the beef noodle soup- not spicy and also doesn't have any flavor even though we ordered the spicy version. I will definitely stick to what I know for any future orders! Here's a picture of some of the items we ordered!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sep 19, 2019
The dough zone is awesome. Staff is helpful and friendly. Soup dumplings are perfect and it makes me happy they do them in chicken. I wish they made the steamed bun in chicken.
The great thing is they have several non pork items and even some vegetarian dumplings.
I think between my husband and I we use an entire bottle of vinegar. What can I say we are sour.
The steam veggies here are amazing. If you have a family that like either broccoli or asparagus I definitely recommend ordering them. I wish they did a half and half. They don't, but maybe if enough of us mention is maybe they will.
I highly recommend ordering the shrimp and zucchini dumpling, the wontons in chili sauce, and cold noodles. They also have a really delicious salad type thing. My husband and I can eat our own. The dressing is everything!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jul 22, 2019
We came here for lunch after watching a movie at the nearby Regal Crossroads. You can add yourself on the waiting list via Yelp, so next time we'll do this on our way over. We only waited about 10 minutes, and filled out our ordering sheet during that time so it worked out anyways.
Pork Xiao Long Bao $11.25 for 10: Dipping these in vinegar + ginger is heavenly. I love the vinegar + ginger, and honestly all this food is just a vessel for getting that into my mouth. The skin and pork filling was good. I do wish there was more soup broth inside, but this is definitely good enough to curb a craving. I haven't been to Din Tai Fung in a while, so it's hard for me to say which I like better.
Dan Dan Noodle $5.50: It was spicy. I had a disappointing first experience with dan dan noodle at another restaurant, so wanted to give it another shot. I think I just need to accept that dan dan noodle just isn't for me. I did like dipping it in the vinegar + ginger though.
Pork Wonton with Chili Sauce $4.75 for 6: It wasn't as saucy as I expected, and I don't remember feeling blown away by the sauce. I ended up supplementing with vinegar + ginger.
Pan Fried Beef Pot Stickers $4.95 for 6: I would've liked a bigger web of crispy, but this was still pretty good. Especially with the vinegar + ginger.
Q-Bao Pan Fried Pork Buns $10.50 for 5: They're just fried on the bottom, so they look normal when they come out. Honestly, I was pretty full by this point so I was more focused on trying to absorb some more vinegar + ginger with this, and don't remember how I felt about the buns.
Pan Fried Ground Beef Cake $5.75 for 3: I was not expecting hockey puck looking things. I thought it'd be flat like the green onion pancake, except with some beef in it. I was surprised at how juicy it was inside. Even so, I couldn't resist dipping this in, you guessed it: vinegar + ginger.
Because we have no self control, we ordered 1 of each dessert. All of this food was for 2 people by the way. We did ask that the desserts come out later, but the banana and red bean items still came out during our meal. Just to clarify, I did refrain from dipping any dessert items in vinegar + ginger.
Mango Pancake $4.75: Its like a couple slices of mango something covered with whipped cream and then wrapped in a thin crepe. I thought there was too much bland whipped cream, so didn't really like this as a whole.
Banana Naan Bread $4.75: I barely tasted the banana, but this dipped in the whipped cream tasted good. Not sure why the whipped cream worked better here for me than the mango pancake.
Red Bean Bao $2.50: I took a bite and wasn't into it. I'm generally not into red bean outside of some red bean ice cream though.

A lot of our friends have been recommending this place and we finally tried it last weekend and absolutely loved it.
We came here for a late lunch, there were a few tables occupied and we were seated immediately. I loved the variety of options on their menu.
We ordered the pork & shrimp pot sticker, vegetable steamed momo, chicken wonton in hot & sour sauce, and dan dan noodles.
Dan dan noodles was the first to arrive, a much smaller portion than most places, perfect for the price and good to try more dishes. Loved the noodles in the special chilli sauce.
We then got chicken wonton in hot & sour sauce and the vegetable steamed momo. The chicken wonton in hot & sour sauce was like having wonton in hot & sour soup, so good, we enjoyed it a lot. We loved the vegetable momo, which was surprising. We are hard core meat eaters, usually only order meat dishes when eating out, so our bar for veggie dishes are extremely high, and their vegetable momo met and exceeded that bar.
The last to arrive at the table was the pork & shrimp pot sticker. They saved the best for the last. We loved it so much, we got another order of it.
We will be back soon.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 25, 2019
I've heard that if you visit the Seattle area you have to try Dough Zone and now I know why. There are several Dough Zones but the one we tried was located in Bellevue and we got there after the lunch rush at about 2:30 PM. Since we had a resident friend with us we told her to just order for us, she knows pretty much what we'd like.
We were served beef brisket soup, dumpling soup, a noodle dish, soup dumplings, soup buns and finished with banana naan. The two soups were delicious as were the noodle dish. The noodles looked simple but was very tasty, I would order this every time. The soup dumplings are a must order, delicious with the ginger vinegar sauce, but the best dish was the soup buns. The soup was a perfect match with the steamed buns, not soaking the bread too much. We finished with something called banana naan. It was banana wrapped in a flat wrapper and fried. It was served hot and came with a side of whipped cream.
When we visit again we will definitely dine here again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 581151403Jan 26, 2019
01/26/19: 5.0 out of 5 - Traveling from Portland, OR to Seattle, WA with my wife and mother-in-law for a weekend of eating. Well, Dough Zone #3 was our first stop for us.
We were able to be seated quickly and the servers were quick to get us situated.
The menu has a variety of choices, especially more chicken and vegetable items. We ordered A LOT for just being only 3 of us. Surprisingly, my mother-in-law really enjoyed the menu selection, which is unusual as she can be finicky and picky eater. As for the rest of us, we really enjoyed every piece of food that came out.
Overall, the food and service was topnotch! Although we were passing through, we will be stopping by again before leaving Seattle on our way back to Portland, Oregon.
If you have the opportunity to stop and try this place, definitely do try this place out once and decide for yourself. Dough Zone Dumpling House didn't disappoint us.
Enjoy!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nov 24, 2018
A few weeks ago, we had a hankering for dim sum, but didn't want to head all the way downtown. Enter, Dough Zone! Some friends told us about the spot and we figured it was a good time to come check it out. It's located a little bit off the beaten path in Bellevue, but is easy to get in and out of and they had everything we were looking for!
It has been quite a long day of driving all over the west side of the state, so we were pretty hungry. Between two adults and three kids, we had two orders of Xiao Long Bao - those magical soupy dumplings, Some Q-Bao - the pan fried masterpiece dumplings, some green onion pancakes and a side of Sake!
The soup dumpling were absolutely wonderful! It warms parents hearts to see their kids going for them hand over fist! The Q-Bao were about 3x the size of the normal soup dumplings and were equally awesome - the slight crunch from the pan made all the difference. The green onion pancakes were solid as well and nice side to the dumplings - they work great to sop up all the juice!
Our server was very prompt and the food came out quicker then I thought it would. They got us in and out in about 45 minutes and all of us were just the right amount of full!
The physical footprint is smaller than Din Tai Fung - the main competition, but they did an excellent job moving folks through and giving us good options! The only thing I'd love to see more of is dessert options - we've had sweet bao at other, similar establishments and it only heightened the experience!
We'll be back the next time we're in the area!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
