Worst Taxi experience I've ever had. 3rd world taxi drivers didn't scam me this bad.

Guy in a red dodge SUV decided to pick up a random passenger before us. Which meant he was very late to pick us up. When we got in the cab he told us he couldn't do our first stop due to his 'busy schedule'.

We had him drop us off at a different location. He proceeded to drop off his other passenger then returned to our location to pick us up again -- Even though he was supposedly swamped with requests and we didn't even ask for him to pick us up.

We decided to use his cab to get home since other services would take quite a while, he then proceeded to overcharge us a lot for the short journey home.

In all my years I have never experienced a taxi service that was as deceiving, rude, and illegitimate as this one. I recommend you walk home instead.

I thought the experience was great. The driver was polite and friendly and his wife was with him. They got me to flint airport from midland in no time and were very accommodating to my needs. Also this is one of the few places that picked up my phone call after a huge storm to pick me up and take me to the airport. Most places decided to be closed on a weekday! They were fast and responsive. I also paid with credit card and was charged exactly what was quoted to me. I pretty much had the best luck with them!

Cody did a great job and was prompt. Apparently, they got rid of the heavy smoker who was perennially late per multiple customers. Pay attention to the newer reviews as they got the message and do a very good job now.

Worst taxi ever. The AM driver ( I think is the owner) brings his kids every time and they try to talk to you. I don't want to deal with that when I'm on a hangover ride back to my car. His van also smells like vomit and drives like he stole it.

I called 2 hours before pick up time to make a pick up appointment. They no showed and no call from them. If they knew they couldn't make it at least they should have called! I would be a fool to call them in the future!

The driver called me at 3:45am on a 4:30am pick-up to confirm directions on my pick-up location which I did not have because I am traveling. I looked it up on my phone GPS. Also the vehicle smelled terribly of smoke, my eyes were burning and the rest of the day I smelled stale smoke on my hair and clothes. I did not feel safe in the car or with the driver. Do not use this company.

I am sorry to say they let me down in March 2018. I used them before and had great service. But, I had booked a few days in advance a pickup for 8am to take me to the airport. No one showed. Called them - no answer. A voice mail message said "sorry, not operating today due to mechanical difficulties." Well, that happens I guess, BUT, they should have called the customers that had booked with them in advance so we could make other arrangements and not get surprised when we had to get to an airport. They really put me in a bind. I was a big fan before, but, will not use them again

Called and said they would come to downtown Midland. They never showed after standing out side for an hour. Don't trust this company it's a joke and unreliable.
