Worse service ever. They all about getting your money. Dr. gallo the worst customer service, very rude when you ask questions about treatment, very unprofessional. Will never do bussines with them ever again. Rest of the team was OK everytime I had an appointment. Do yourself a favor and find another Ortho for your treatment. Absolutely Amazing Service, you literally go in and out. The staff is always chipper. I went there for 2 years and I've never been treated bad. The cherry on top is the quality of work they perform, my teeth came out just as Id always wanted.

At the consultation, I learned that my insurance did not cover the full service. Dr. Gallo and his team provided a payment plan so that my son can begin working on his perfect smile without us having to pay the full amount upfront. We were always greeted in a friendly manner by both Dr. Gallo and the staff. The office is very nice and clean. My son had overcrowding and an overbite. Fast forward to now and my son's smile is perfect. I can see his confidence in his new smile. I am very happy with the results. My son expressed that he is going to miss his visits to Dr. Gallo's office. Dr. Gallo and his staff have been part of our life for the last two and a half years. I just had to leave a review to mention how CLEAN this dental office is, it seems you could literally eat off the floor. Been here numerous times and it's been impecable every single time and it is so reassuring during this pandemic. 10-10

Dr. Gallo and his staff are super friendly and comforting at all times. They made us feel at home and all explain everything very thorough before, during and after the procedure. We have been very satisfied and overwhelmed with the attention, that two of my children, my wife and myself are patients of Dr. Gallo. Yes! We are the braces family! Lol! Highly recommended!

Dr. Gallo and and his staff are very professional, detail oriented and took the time to explain my condition and the different courses of actions. He was able to fix my bite where every other orthodontist I consulted with recommended surgery and not treatment. During the course of my treatment Dr. Gallo has been available to take care of emergency situations even during the weekend nights. I will forever be grateful to him and his staff. Mario!!
