Stunning bouquets and friendly service is what I experienced at Donna's Custom Flowers!

I ordered the English Garden bouquet, a beautiful arrangement of lush, flowering plants with bright blooms!

We immediately heard from our friends who commented on how fresh and beautiful the bouquet was!

The order was placed early in the morning and was delivered the same day which was most appreciated.

We will definitely use this florist in the future and recommend giving Donna's florist a try!

The flowers came and looked wonderful

Only reason did not give 5 stars was that the driver left the flowers blocking the door. Had I pushed it open would have knocked the whole thing over and off my stoop

Flowers were delivered safely the next day. I gave simple guidance for a 'colorful arrangement' and she came through beautifully! Very happy with them!

On what is likely the busiest day of a florist's year, I happened to walk by this shop to send flowers to a woman for a random act of kindness. Donna never let on that she was up to her eyeballs in alligators and she treated me like I was the most important person to her at that moment. She completely customized the arrangement - searched the internet for a logo, found the perfect color flowers and vase and made sure the flowers arrived the same day. Can't say enough about the service - AND the flowers were received with tears of joy "never saw flowers this beautiful in my life". I'll be back.

Donna is truly a lifesaver. My sister and I live on the west coast and shipped flowers to our mom for her bday via teleflora, but when they arrived they looked like complete hot garbage with wilting flowers and filler branches that were in really horrible condition. Such a huge disappointment considering the amount of money we spent. Also, the local contractor florist they used only added to the shittiness of this experience as they had really poor phone manner (talking over me, really abrasive and defensive, etc) after I requested a refund from teleflora.

After apologizing to my mom, she mentioned that we should order from Donna next year (my moms store is in the same intersection as Donna's) as all her flowers and arrangements were not only beautiful but of high quality. I called Donna's a bit past noon, not thinking they would be able to do such a rush order last minute, but they were able to put together quite possibly the most beautiful arrangement I have ever sent my mom, and delivered it within an hour. All I had to do was tell them a bit about her style, what colors she liked, my budget, and the end result perfectly fit my moms personality and style.

I cannot express just how much Donna saved us from a really disappointing bday gift, how thankful my sister and I are, and how happy my mom is with her flowers. Thank you Donna!!

Edit: it's been ~5 hours since my mom got the flowers and she's still texting us pictures every 30 mins or so, saying how the flowers seem to get more beautiful the more she looks at them.

Donna's custom flowers made the process of planning this part of the wedding easy and fun. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Everything was ready on time, beautiful and well packaged. I am so glad they were a part of my special day and that they were able to find the lovely blue orchids I that wanted to be paired with white roses. I will use them for all events in the future.

Gorgeous flowers and the 5+ stars customer service. Delivered tulips to my mom and put pennies in the vase to help the tulips stand up straight longer. Only a knowledgeable florist would know to go this extra mile - speaking of extra mile, she called me to let me know Google maps was taking her in the wrong direction - a quick call later and she was heading to my moms house to bring a smile to her day!! Donna's Custom Flowers all the way!!! Only Florist in Mundelein I'll ever use!!!

Donna is AMAZINGLY talented! The arrangement she created was beyond what I was expecting...so beautiful! She was so easy to work with and she really cares. We couldn't be happier! No wonder she's voted #1 Florist in Chicago! I will be going back for ALL future orders. Highly highly recommend!

Wanted to send flowers to my mother in law after her surgery and found this local shop on Yelp. Called Donna to share what I was hoping for, and she not only quickly delivered (same day!) but also sent a beautiful arrangement for both my mother in law and sister in law who was visiting to help. This is the best florist you can go to. You can trust Donna with any type of floral design. You let her know what colors you like and she creates masterpieces. Her flowers for my wedding were absolutely INCREDIBLE. I can't even say how many compliments we received on our bouquets and amazing head table centerpiece, gift table centerpiece, and the floral design on our cake. Donna is an amazing person and an amazing florist. Love this floral shop.
