I took some cooking classes at Whole Foods and the chef instructor recommended this place. It's basically a big warehouse filled with anything you could possibly need to open/run a restaurant. You don't have to be a chef or restaurant owner to check this place out. This is also a great place for anyone that cooks to find just the right equipment or gadget they need. They don't carry the shiny brand names you'll see at Bed Bath & Beyond, Williams & Sonoma, or any other chain store but really who needs those when you can get equipment that is just as good (or better) for much less than you would pay at a chain store?
