ZERO Across the board. Used to be a good place to eat back in the day with original owners. Now it's trash. Nasty food and horrible customer service. Rude owner and employees as well. Lost my business. Never going back.

Current order is very disappointing. The egg drop soup is bright orange (???) and tasteless. The spring rolls are mediocre. The shrimp fried rice is okay. I will probably not order from here again.

I got violent food poisoning from the Rangoon. I couldn't even keep down water for 24 hours. I'm calling health and human services

We ordered two General Tso chicken. We received two kung pao chicken. Long story short the owner would not correct the mistake. He refused to replace the meal and refused to give us a refund.
What the heck?! No customer service at all!!! He blamed us for the error.
And he told my wife to "Be quiet, stop talking and listen to me." As she was explaining the problem regarding the order
I just absolutely cannot believe this just happened. The owner is not right in the head. We will NEVER EVER return to this place and I suggest you go to Bethany's or Jade or somewhere else (like we should have) nearby unless you want to get screwed over for $40+ because apparently Don Wangs never makes mistakes even if they do they don't .

The food here is not good at all. The sha cha beef I ordered had a very weird flavor (what little flavor there was), and was not spicy at all as requested. The fried rice is pretty bad. I couldn't pinpoint the flavor.. Just not good. Total waste of money

I appreciate that they have a convenient Drive thru window and that they are opened until 10pm. They serve the items I enjoy. Kung pao chicken and Hunan beef. The service is always very good and the Hot and Sour soup is very tasty.

Very yummy food. Very easy to order online and they deliver! I would definitely recommend you try this place.

Be careful- never have had had Rangoon wontons with basically no filling, and not even sure if maybe hamburger, sausage? Dried out empty shells. I rarely leave reviews, but this was not edible. Waste of $$

Awful!
We visited here tonight and ordered dinner. We received the wrong order in the drive through and when we got home and realized it, we immediately called the store. A clerk answered and told us to bring it back to exchange. We quickly drove back and were met by the owner-Mr Chen.
He said no exchange. My son then explained to him that the clerk on the phone said we COULD EXCHANGE the food.
He said, "she doesn't know." My son then asked for a refund. Again, he said no. You made a mistake...not him.

My son called me and explained the situation. I then called the store again. I spoke with the owner and he explained to me that he was the owner and HIS POLICY:
No refund
No exchange
He actually said," you stop talking. Listen to me."

Umm, what?
Im sure Mr Chen has had many a frustrating customer experiences and that has Jaded him towards a good customer service experience
