Don Pedro's is a clean authentic Mexican food restaurant. It makes the best Menudo around.

A quick bite to eat in Norcross!
It's a hole in a wall in norcross. It's a little outdated but that when you know you'll have a decent meal.
The service is quick and nothing out of the ordinary.
The food is pretty salty and nothing that sticks out
Overall a cheap good bite!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 19, 2023
Hands down the BEST and most consistent place for tacos. Authentic and flavorful. This place is clean and feels like home for us and it's a must if you like tacos. The service is quick even for drive through. But I like to dine in to take advantage of their salsa bar. Usually we stick to the tacos; lengua (to die for) steak, pastor, cabesa, all of it! But we had to try the carne asada plate. I mean look at those grill marks, you can taste the smokiness and the size of it! this will always be my number once choice for Mexican tacos.

Customer service is terrible. The ladies upfront are filled with attitude and bitterness. They didn't care that they got my order wrong.

Truly truly authentic as I had hoped and expected! As I parked I could smell the aromas of the real Mexican food! Mario Murrillo (A Mexican/German American) would be proud to eat here! I had the steak and shrimp and it was tasty! Great flavors and served with rice, beans, salad and corn tortillas at a fair price! Mucho Gusto Don Pedro's!

no frills fast service great food . pretty much says it all , this is authentic mexican food and the best carne asada in the city . If you don't speak spanish which i don't but they make it work for you .
The staff is always friendly and helpful with recommendations and with substitutions when i need to make them. The cost is very reasonable and the serving size is always large.
if you are looking for tex mex this is not the place if you are looking for good quality mexican food served and prepared properly this is a go to.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - John H.Johns Creek, GA527219381Jun 7, 2022
Don Pedro's in Norcross seems to be just as good as the other location in Duluth when they were operating. The only major difference is that drinks like Horchata aren't self-serve unlimited.
Purely food based review:
Combo plate with Steak & Pastor tacos ($8) - solid option with your choice of two tacos. Refried beans a little more watery but still good.
Lengua sandwich ($10) - Pretty good sandwich but you need to eat it quick before it gets soggy. Lengua tastes juicy as desired.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - A. M.Duluth, GA31162Jul 21, 2023
Don't miss out on their chicken tacos. They were simply the best I've ever had!! Ask for everything in it and comes with red and green peppers.

Yesterday afternoon I went into this restaurant for the first time. I just wanted to get some take out Mexican food. The place had a few customers eating in.
I went up to the ordering counter and asked to see a menu. The girl just nodded her head in the direction where they were.
I didn't see any tamales on the combination menu. A heavy-set female employee had leaned back against the other side of the counter with her back to me.
I said "Excuse me" several times but I got no response. The other girls behind the counter could see me, but they were all just joking around. I finally said excuse me rather loudly. One of the other girls replied rather rudely, "What?"
"Do you have any tamales?"
"No."
I walked out.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 1
