Domino's Pizza

they don't wash their hands, or wear gloves. had to tell them to rewash their hands after being rung up.

I ordered a pizza from here recently. I've had multiple unfortunate occurrences in the past, so was very hesitant. I wanted to compliment them on how much better the entire experience was. I really appreciate how accommodating, friendly, and professional the staff was. Sam took my order and was beyond patient with my extensive requests and insured that it was no problem. I was impressed to see how few staff members were working at such a busy time. The few employees there seemed incredibly swamped, so I appreciate the extra attention to my order. Thanks again!

Worst customer service. I ordered online at 11:47 pm. I did curbside. After arriving and parking for curbside, no one comes out. I wanted my food bad!! So i walk in, they young girl at the register said " i hope you picking up". Rule 101, customer service goes a long way. Rule 102, greet your customer, Rule number 103, leave the "hood" at home.

Do better.

Wow! Some real geniuses working at this location. Let me preface that I order from dominos pretty often because I enjoy the thin crust they offer and it's not heavy or too filling. But today was a major let down. I called yesterday because the website/app was down. So I placed an order over the phone using a coupon. Today I called and tried to do the same thing. But it's an online coupon. I reiterated that the online ordering for your location is not working. In other words, honor the online coupon since it's down... the girl was like, "uhh, I don't know how". So she goes "they wanna use the 50%.." before she could finish, some real winner guy in the back ground goes "CANT DO IT!!" Idiots. So, that's ruined. I'll never order from this location again. Judging by the rating they already have, I probably shouldn't have been anyway.

Way too inconsistent. Sometimes orders are on time and piping hot, but the vast majority of times they are late and I'm reheating pizza that was just delivered.

Time expectations are set at ordering, but rarely accurate. I placed an order last night and the system said 25 minutes. After an hour I called and they said it would be another hour. So, 2 hours to have a pizza delivered? That is fine as long as you tell me that up front, so I would not have ordered it in the first place. I ended up cancelling the order altogether. Luckily I had a frozen one to cook myself.

This place needs some new management and some employee training. We won't be ordering from here anymore. That is disappointing because I like their food and the online ordering process. But I can't count on the quality or service times.

I'm not to pleased with the service I received tonight. Ordered 2 pizzas for take out tonight. Got there and got them with no problem. Got home and one of them was wrong, no big deal. Called up there to get it fixed to only to get talked to like I was stupid. I told them one pizza was wrong and they said you do realize you ordered 2 pizzas right. I told them yes that's why I said one is wrong. They caught an attitude and finally fixed it. Got there and said they wanted to make it fresh after they said give us 20 minutes on the phone.

I'm assuming that this location is short on staff, as I'm always seeing the "Now Hiring" sign. It's also apparent in how long it takes to get a simple pizza and how often they mess up.

It's still good pizza, and they're the only ones in Tupelo who deliver to my neighborhood, just needs a little work.

My husband is a truck driver. So if you live in a rv or are a truck driver DO NOT order from here. I swear the managers name there is Karen. She took the order but refused after I told her my husband was in a truck. Said she would not do a meet and greet. They have delivered to him there before and she bragged how she had fired drivers for delivering at the loves. Karen has no heart or consideration for the people who make her life easier. Truck drivers. Without them she would not have a place to manage. This is the 1st time I have heard of this policy and either it should be changed or the delivery business should be shut down.

How can I give a negative score? Our experience with this Domino's store was HORRIBLE!!! Apparently there has been a recent change in policy re: paying with the app, which we have used a million times. Today, I ordered pizza to be deliver to school for the kids Christmas party. When the pizza arrive the driver refused to give the school the pizza stating that the person who pays using the app must be at the delivery location to verify the card is not stolen. Would have been nice to know about the policy change!!! Instead the driver holds the pizza hostage for at least 20 minutes with all of the kids in the school waiting to eat. Then, driver is super rude to the teachers. The pizza was already paid for, trust me my card had already been charged when the pizza arrived. In the future I will order from ANYWHERE other than Dominos.
