Placed an order around 6:45 on a Wednesday and here it is 9:00. I have tried calling a few times, but there has been no answer. This is the 2nd time Domino's has taken over 2 hours to deliver. Looks like I'm going to the competition on the next order.

Ordered pizza online at 8:30pm last night, still not delivered by 10:30. You can't cancel online to get refunded. The only way to cancel an online order is to call the store, but they won't answer the phone even after more than 30 minutes of trying. So we go to the store, which defeats the purpose of online ordering and deliver... so all of that "service" is literally useless. The other people standing in the store waiting to cancel their order tells me that it's not an isolated event.

Ordered at 7:20pm. It is now 9:20pm and on the tracker it says it's still being checked. Does it take over an hour to check a pizza. I tried calling and all I get is people talking in the background like they are chillin. If you can't or won't accommodate a decent delivery time, put that on the website or hire people who want to work. Can't justify continuing to use this service.

I would like to put negative numbers but they don't allow that! The stogebridge area has been my location since 2012. Lately the Hudson Bridge rd. I have had many issues throu-out the last 4 yrs but specifically the way they handled not only a rediculouz mistake but making it worse when they said they wuld make rite. Last wkend we ordered pizzaz,sides, desert ect online. Basically we never got our order placed at 830 after multiple calls & Neverending hold when operator kept sending us to specifically store phone nymber. They never answered n we NEVER got our food, went 2 bed late, hungry without dinner. Called next day about it & was told they had no drivers! WHAT? THAS OPPOSITE OF THEIR CLAIM ON COMMENT S, THAT IS THEIR SELLING POINT...ITS A JOKE! Then we were told that 2 claim 2 free pizzaz 4 our issue(less than our original order of $13) we decided to try again yhe next day at 2pm & was warned of a two hr wait by mngr....again some bs. 4 hrs later they called & said we had to pick up pizza. WTF? My husband went 2 pick up & recieved all vey cold pizzas that were 60percent crust. Worst pizza EVER! Im totally turned off and am tired of wasting my time for a company thats full of shit! Hire some workers, pay them correctly & treat them with respect. That mite barrly help! Sooo disappointed in a business that doesnt do any of what they ckaim, the whole point of thier existance!! BEWARE!

This location does not handle online orders properly. The pizza was not ready when it was supposed to be. They didn't start making the pizza until we stepped in to order it. I placed my pizza order at 8:57 p.m., and as of right now, I have yet to receive my pizza. I gave it a 2 star review instead of a 1 star because the lady was nice on the phone going over my order.

Ordered pizza tonight and they failed to call to say that they have one driver. Never received food and no communication from manager until I called at 12:45am. Very poor communication and customer service. I will never order from Domino's again.

Great customer service and everything was as ordered. Had problems with the online app and hostess quickly explained it.

According to their tracker, my order sat in quality check for almost 35 minutes. Order arrived over a hour after I ordered it, and it was cold. Always issues with this store. You would think that they would see these reviews and fix it.

This place has caused so many headaches over the past years I am fed up and finally writing this review. I truly believe the people working here do not give one flying f about fixing laziness and their customers. When it worked, it worked. I just had to call after 2 hours of placing my delivery for someone to actually deliver my food. Nightmare. The app updates when you bring it to their attention. Well gee I wonder why it magically updates when you call in. This is what you get for waiting too
