Domino's Pizza

I am so sick of looking forward to one thing just to magically have that ONE thing messed up. Every. Single. Time.

Last time, my jalapeno bacon cheesy bread turned into just regular cheesy bread. I don't know if theres an upcharge for the toppings or not - but either way it was NOT the item I was looking forward to.

Today, they decided to give me their default, "hand tossed" pizza when i specifically paid a different price to get the brooklyn style. I just wanted a plain pizza without the overpowering taste of herbs.

I don't want to order from this location anymore. I will drive out of my way to go to the Wallingford location just to get the right items. Its not even about the delivery fee. I'm just sick of trusting them to get my order right for them to simply not care.

The drivers are horrible. They don't respect the areas that they are driving through. People and pets are always around, but I guess THE PIZZA MUST GET THROUGH.

Although we live SUPER close and this may make this review a tad bid, they are always super quick from the time we order to the time the food is at our door. Always warm, fresh, and delicious! Love the coupon deals.

Pizza is "ok" when you're looking for a quick fix but even with the online ordering option, they still got my order wrong. I ordered 2 pizzas with 2 toppings each. When I opened one of the boxes, I noticed little dark round circles. After my son took a bite, he confirmed it was sausage. I thought maybe I made a mistake & accidentally clicked on sausage but when I looked back at my order online, I never selected it.

Now for delivery....I always feel uncomfortable when ordering delivery & here's why. If you don't look at your receipt or the charges per line, you will easily miss that they automatically charge a $2.50 delivery fee. I'm a good tipper so I took the $2.50 out of what I would typically tip & add it on. When the delivery guy gets to my place, I say as I hand him my tip that its in "addition" to the $2.50 delivery charge. Each & every time, the delivery guy says in an upset manner, "they only give us .50 out of the $2.50 they charge for delivery, they don't give us the whole thing."

Sad that we are being charged $2.50 for delivery but Dominoes only gives them .50 out of that. I hate to say this but I'm not going to pay an additional 50% of my total bill for delivery because of what Dominoes does/doesn't do with our delivery money. After all.....we ARE still paying the delivery charge regardless of how its dispersed.

Always had this delivered. I love the online ordering process. The buffalo chicken pizza and lava cakes are out of this world.
I did get indigestion once from their BBQ pizza, but it could have just been a bad day (didn't care for the flavor either :X). Other than that I never had a bad experience here.

I received a coupon for Domino's for doing something so it was for a pizza and wings. Domino's Pizza really isn't what I would consider good pizza but for the price it was my choice that day. That being said this review was more about my experience with their online ordering.

You order and then it sends you a confirmation that it was received and then updates to keep you aware of what is happening with your food. I was told originally my food would be ready in 8-13 minutes. I live a few minutes from there so I hopped in my car. 12 minutes later I was updated that my order had just been put in the oven. That would seem the 8-13 minute mark would have no chance of being met. 15 minutes later I was updated that my order was ready for pick up.

As I sat outside the place did not seem busy at the time as I saw no one exit or leave nor no delivery drivers come and go. Perhaps they were late in updating the system or perhaps they are just slow. Either way I would not call them reliable and as domino's usually is, the food is average at best.

Will no longer be ordering from here. I was bullied into giving a tip to the driver last time he was here. I didn't give him one because of that reason. He literally said to me "it's dark and I came out to bring you food". It was 5 pm on a Sunday night. Maybe if they didn't have a $2.75 "driver fee", I would consider giving a tip or a better tip. Rude and disgusting.

They dont even deserve one star! Ordered from the new location they never even showed up! When I called they lied n said the driver knocked on the door and had the wrong number for us..please! Dont stay open late if you dont wanna do your job! The food isnt so great they are cheap with the sauce on the grinders and pizza plus they charge you 3.00 for delivery. Dont order from here save yourselves! Dominos was good on the east side when they first opened not so much anymore

This was the third time they messed up with my order, I called and they told me that I had to wait another 40 to 50 min to get the correct order, how I that possible??? 2 hour to get a pizza, really??? I really like dominos but with this I think I'm gonna start looking for other options.

This place sucks I order from my dominos app all the time and one time they never brought me my food so I called the dominos they made my food but they said no one answered the phone or the door. I never receive a call so they said they would send someone to bring me food but they never did I waited outside this time for 30 minutes and then I finally called and they said I never answered the door but I was standing on my porch the whole time. When I asked if they could bring it a third time they said no I would have to pick it up. Terrible service never ordering dominos again.
