Domino's Pizza

I would give a negative. We ordered from here before ... but now in the past 3 months there is a new driver who doesn't care. He calls and says "dropped off" .. but there is no pizza?! So we call back and cannot understand him... then he gets mad at us and hangs up. We call again, he hangs up. The store itself does NOTHING and says "we can refund you in 24 hours" that's nice? But what about my pizza in the back of the dudes car who is just being rude? ... ALL SET!

90% of the time they mix up your orders and forget stuff. Wouldn't recommend unless it was your last option

Why is it that every time I order the brownies they leave the white paper on the bottom??? I know it's supposed to be taken off before putting it in the oven and it happens every time... dominos was definitely better 5-10 years ago I would order Pizza Hut instead they just closed in my area and the other locations won't deliver here... just opened my pizza box and they got the order wrong too ...

I've frequented this dominoes for a while now. Great location on Mystic Avenue easy to pick up some wings or a pizza on the way home very convenient location. I've noticed lately that the management has changed for the better. Service has improved immensely. The quality of customer service is impeccable. Kudos to Nesa and the management team for improved service and actually making the quality of the finished product much better. The pizzas have been coming out fabulous and the wings are some of my favorite around. Also the staff seems to be more courteous during my pick ups and the location is very clean. The only downfall of this location is it has very few parking spots but for some reason I always seem to get lucky and get one in the lot. Excellent improvement over the past few years I definitely will be frequenting there more often and will advise my friends to do the same.

Terrible experience TWICE. They delivery driver was left specific instructions and did not follow them, I asked for contact delivery both times and he just left the food I. The loony, which I specifically asked to meet me at the other side of the building for the delivery since I live on the opposite side of the building from the lobby. The driver was very rude and hung up, does not care about doing right. I had this terrible experience once and was promised that it would not happen again. So when calling to place the order, I confirmed that this would not happen again and was promised the driver would call for instructions on where to delivery. The driver called and said it's left in the lobby, I said that's not the instructions that were given, and he said well I left it in the lobby 5 minutes ago and already left, then hung up on me. It was the same guy who did this last time. I tip well and am very disappointed that I've had such a terrible experience, we have to not only pay a delivery fee but also tip, so to have had this experience twice is unacceptable. I will never order from this place again.

Have been the family go to for pizza forever, still good. Currently use their app and this place is quick every order is on time or faster, drivers always friendly. Za is never cold. I haven't had a location make more quality domino's pizza than here. I've had many other locations, this one you can trust. I'm in the same city, but I imagine Malden, Somerville it's a quick delivery for yall too. The wings quality has gone down for domino's that's everywhere shame I used to go crazy over them, but the Za and Bread is still one of the best locations for Domino's.

Received pizza uncooked with next to no cheese. No problem, it happens sometimes.

The main complaint is with the customer service response from Assistant Manager Rafael. Our options as explained unapologetically were to take store credit or wait an hour and a half for delivery (original delivery was less than 30 minutes).

There would have been no issue if there were an apology and effort made to fix the store error by remaking the pizza and delivering in an appropriate time. Explaining that other orders are coming in and have priority isn't the answer.

Default delivery store will be changed to store a similar distance from the house also covering our delivery area.

Ordered 2 pizzas a while ago... forgot to slice and thoroughly cook both of them. The owner did reach out with an apology and a credit for 1 pizza, however, probably will not order from here again.

Wow great job dominos plus is this how you delivery pizza there's barley any mushrooms and pizza felt like the delivery driver dropped the pizza or something dissatisfied
