Food is good
Customer service is great
That's super important to me. Not to mention they have good deals

I tried to order bread twists without garlic or Parmesan (just plain twists) and was told by the manager that he can Not do it because it's not an option on the menu. He literally refused to run the twists thru the oven. I thought he was joking at first until I realized he was dead serious and just lacks the ability to problem solve and doesn't really care about customer service. He embraced his powerful position and denied by picky child plain bread twists. I've downloaded the Little Caesars app to continue my support for marginal inexpensive pizza.

They have no quality control. They omit requested toppings and still charge for them. They ignore baking instructions and deliver inedible mush. And the store and customer service are completely unresponsive. They don't even pick up the phone. This is not a business. It is a scam.

Called store ! Only one driver !
30 mins later order was NOT delivered!
Person on the phone went on and on about driver had 4 orders ! And arguing !
Mean while ! App and text was asking how was order when in fact ! Order was never Delivered!

Doesn't even deserve the one star ! Horrible experience @ this location . I'm a very understanding individual when it comes to being late or running behind , however at this location they have a young lady who they leave to answer questions as a manager and acts in place of one and wonder if they know how this person responds with client communication . Most horrible customer service out there -long story short when I called back to cancel my food since it has " been in route for 28 min" and I live exactly two blocks from there and was very considerate that we may not be the first order to be dropped ,but the acting as manager to hang up on me when inquiring about my payment back to card yea I know my visa will get the refund but I paid with a gift card - but to keep hanging up and when called back asked for your name and your not comfortable- your at a place of business not your high school hangout . Amazed at the level of customer service delivered out this place ! I will never ever go to this location - waiting on corporate response

Time management was a little off, my order said it was ready but it was still being made. Totally understandable for Memorial Day. I purchased 8 wings and thought I got 7 but turned out the 8th was just on top of another wing. I really wouldn't care if it was 7 or 8 but my kids were sharing and if 1 got 3 and the other got 4, I'd be in trouble lol.. So I went in and let the staff know to see if I could just grab the 8th wing lol. Even though I was wrong, Dominic and his manager offered to remake my 8 wings without a complaint even on a high holiday like today. I really hope I'm getting this kids name right but Dominic was very professional. Not rude at all. He understood and was quick with a smile and a solution. Thanks!

This is a follow-up to my previous review regarding this establishment. On 10/17 I realized that charges to my credit card which were made, then canceled on 10/9, and which had been pending for the next couple days that i checked, had actually been sent thru and processed by my bank on 10/12.
After a few direct messages and emails however, I am pleased to report that although as of today, 10/20, the charges still haven't been reversed, a very helpful associate at @dominos has assured me that it will be taken care. I believe him. And while not necessary, I was also compensated for my inconvenience, which I appreciate .

I think that Domino's on this location exceeded my expectations. First of all they are make a better pizza than the competition especially Mike's NY Pizza. What a bunch of crap this place is, go check out their trash bin, it's so disgusting and they don't clean it up.
Domino's is a good pizza, no matter what everyone says. It's just so satisfying and delicious. I like it.

Don't EVER order from these incompetent burnouts. I ordered curb side pick up. After being notified food was ready and it would be there in less than 2 minutes. 20 minutes later they tell me that they lost my order and didn't even have any of the sodas the charged me for. Ridiculous. Go anywhere else but there.

You wait outside because your unable to enter due to covid.
I ordered a pepperoni Pizza w/ extra pepperoni.
First, they hung up on me without telling me how long.
Waited outside for 30 minutes.
Furious that I waited for a pizza that was a huge disappointment ...
the taste was okay .

Receiving this crap I should of just got Little Caesars..
