Home with a sick kid, so I figured I'd order a pizza to make for an easy night. We usually do our local/neighborhood pizza place, but I just wanted to do something fast. They estimated 27-37 minutes. After an hour and no change to the tracker status, I tried calling the store. Three attempts with no answer and I listened to a "we'll be right with you" message for a cumulative 15+ minutes. I went ahead and cooked dinner to feed the kids while I sat on hold. The pizza finally showed up over 2 hours later after everyone had eaten and ware ready for bed. I explained what had happened and to be fair, the driver was very nice and apologetic, but he said his manager "didn't like answering the phone" which is the most insane thing I've heard. Dominos specifically says in the order email to call the store for any issues. It looks like this is an ongoing issue with this location. Pizza was fresh/hot, though no one ate it. I would've preferred if they had just canceled the order. So much for easy.

Called after pizza had not arrived 1 hour after I ordered. I told him that I received a notification 35 minutes ago stating my driver was on the way. He said that's a lie that's a fallacy, no that's a fallacy.

Ordered a pizza yesterday. It took two hours to deliver to me. They did not call or text me to tell me there was a problem I tried calling them, but no answer.

I order 3 pizza on domino's phone apps. I have waited 30 minutes but shows the order is not taking. So I call the store phone. The person is rude,
unhelpful, was not care about my order. He put me on hold more than 20 minutes. I call again and no answer! I drive to the store , he cancel my order anyway they didn't care.
l work in the restaurant industry, and I order pizza for my coworker's birthday. I am so disappointed

If I could add zero stars I would had multiple issues with this location and store, kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Over and done with them. Terrible store. Don't waste your time

This place is absolutely terrible, I had a pizza made and it just absolutely turned me off with his disgusting it looked! I hardly hardly ever leave reviews but this had to be done! Avoid this location at all costs! Employees are non existent as well! After experiencing this crew and how bad they are. I'd rather trust a blind man to make my pizza over these guys!

This location is overly frustrating to deal with. My last order, I specifically said not to knock when delivering the food. They knocked. They have a $20 minimum which can't include the delivery fee (which has increased from $3.95 to $4.95). Because of the increase in prices for every item on the menu recently, this means if you're not willing to pay $30 you can't get delivery from this specific location. I've never seen that happen at any other location, and it's turned me off entirely from going to this location. If that minimum included the delivery fee, it would be frustrating still but more reasonable. Because if I'm going to pay $30, I may as well support a local business.

Order was canceled for no reason. At least call the customer to explain why. Disappointing for sure.

Do not ever order a pizza from this place. I waited for 1.5 hours and the driver took the pizza to the wrong place. I have used Domino's multiple times so they have my correct address, When I called the driver and asked where the f*** my pizza was, he got all butt hurt and started screaming that I was disrespecting him. So I called the namager and told him what happened and what I said and he started yelling at me too. I will never use dominos again. You had one simple job to do and you failed.
